“Great stay”
we loved it! so close & easy to get to airport. Front desk staff was very helpful & knowledgeable. Dinner was good; breakfast was very good. I rarely sleep well in hotels but bed was great & I did sleep. can hear people in the next room some but for the most part it was quiet. will stay there again in Feb.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the Crowne plaza. Our room was comfortable, very spacious, and the staff were wonderful at accommodating a handicapped guest even though we booked the room through an unpublished rate. I will gladly pay full price for a room at this hotel. It is worth it! We will stay here next time we go to Louisville.

Crowne Plaza was excellent choice for our visit. Outstanding services, very comfortable room. Amenities in room added to the convenience factor in staying there. We were slightly irritated that our room was located in an area that attendees to a youth conference was also staying. We were informed at check-in that "there was a curfew of 12 midnight for the kids". There was a lot of hall noise and running until then. If asked at check-in, I would have preferred to be placed in a room located elsewhere.

“Great place to relax”
The hotel is a favorite of mine. I've stayed there many times over the years. The decor is beautiful and the service is great. The location is another plus. It's near the Kentucky State Fairgrounds and you can access numerous restaurant is you so desire. The restaurant inhouse has wonderful food at a resonable price. I recommend it to anyone.

“Excellent place and a great deal”
Went to stay there to be across the street from the State Fair and it ended up being a great decision. For the price I paid (I think they were running a special), I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and service. Everyone was real nice, the pool was clean, and our room was quiet and comfortable. I can't ask anything more from a hotel.

I was only there for two nights. They made my stay quick and hassle free. The staff was very courteous.
