Travelling through and book this hotel last minute. Good service. Only downside is very noisy air conditioning unit.

Nice hotel. The bed was so comfortable. Staff were nice. My only complaint was the breakfast. It’s extremely overpriced for the quality. The pool is pretty small as well. Other than that, great place to stay!

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. We took the airport shuttle to and from the airport and it was on time and the drivers were nice. We did the park and fly option which is way less expensive than parking at the airport..it was only $8.00 a day. We will stay here anytime we fly out of Louisville. They have a restaurant but we did not take advantage of it.

Front desk staff was warm and inviting and wonderful, same with cafe staff - lovely experience! Airport shuttle was quick and convenient with kind and helpful driver. Just call when you need them and they will be there. Only negative was housekeeping knocked on my door asking if I had late checkout before it was my time to checkout, which was disconcerting, unprofessional, and not appreciated.

Better than expected
Courtyard was very nice; better than expected. The front desk people were friendly and helpful. Their shuttle to the airport runs twenty-four hours a day and they get you to the airport in a few minutes. The common areas are very nice. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet. This is definitely a hotel I would stay at again.

The staff was very helpful and fast. It would be nice to have soap at the sink instead of only in the shower. The opportunity to watch planes landing and taking off was nice, but the dirty window's really obstructed the view.

Check in was easy and the room was clean. There was some confusion about breakfast being included (we paid when we booked it) but it was sorted out after a bit. It was convenient to the venue we were heading to...if needed. We would stay again.

Our stay was short. The room was clean and arranged well. Our only complaints were the lack of places to set anything in the restroom and the bistro pricing.

Incredible Staff!
We had to make a sudden trip to Louisville, KY for a funeral and the staff accommodated us as much as possible, was very friendly, and expressed deep sincerity for our family's loss/ the occasion for our trip. Great staff and very friendly people.

Also liked that there was 24 hour shuttle service and you could leave your car in their parking lot, although they do charge for that. I spent little time there since it was just for the convenience since my flight landed almost at midnight and it was too far to drive home that late after an airflight from Europe.
