We have stayed in this hotel multiple times over the last 5 years. It is between Denver and Boulder, offers a good breakfast, friendly staff, and the rates are very reasonable compared to Denver or Boulder. It is also a 100% nonsmoking facility, which is very important to us. On this last stay, the room we were originally assigned smelled as if it had been smoked in. They immediately assigned us to another room and indicated the previous guests would be fined.
My wife and I stayed at the Marriott Courtyard in Louisville, CO for 3 nights. The staff was very polite and did a great job at answering all your questions. I enjoyed that Starbucks had a facility in the hotel especially in the morning.
Everyday I would ask the front desk what restaurant do you recommend for breakfast or lunch. Their recommendations were privately owned small restaurants with great food.
Room was well furnished and always neat when we returned in the evening.
I was recomemded this Hotel by a friend and it turned out to be a real gem. The staff was freindly and the room clean. The Contintental breakfast was adequate, better than most and the dining area was impecably clean and staff cheerful and attentive. The bed and linens were amazing!
