“Great Location, Good Hotel, Fair Price.”

I have been staying at the Wyndham off and on since it was Plaza Los Glorias, this is probably the best stay I have had at this hotel. Hotel is clean, located in the city, so you can walk anywhere, and the price is normally pretty reasonable. My only suggestion would be to improve the pool! Whatever needs to be done to upgrade it with heat and a new surface should be done immediately as well as the spa. Swim-up bar was not present, but I hope that Wyndham repairs it, sets it up as swim-up or sit down bar and makes it operational again, it would make a stay at this hotel much better. The breakfast option is fair, nothing special, just some food to put in your stomach, but worth the extra price. If the price remains reasonable I would stay again.

Area recommendations

The entire town of Cabo is great, you just have to explore it.

Dining

There are so many great places to eat, walk around and try them out. Cabo Wabo has great food (Lobster Burrito) and Shrimp Factory is underated, and Nick San for sushi is some of the best sushi I have ever had.

“Good Value”

Your expectations must be in line with the price you are paying at this property - it's a great value, not a premium hotel but not a premium price either. Convenient location - although, some might not like being above the restaurants/marina, this wasn't a factor for me. Would definitely stay here again.

“Good first experience!”

Great hotel in the heart of Cabo! The marina and Medano beach is walking distance. The free breakfast was a plus, and the staff was very friendly.

“This is Cabo San Lucas”

Very convenient to go any where you want. Magnificent Marina View before your eyes. I love diving points in Cabo area. Friendly crew and helpful diving guides will make us happy to be there.

Area recommendations

Diving in the Corridor especially in Pelican Rock. Very close from the Marina area and chances of seeing Sealions in the sea. No chance to be disapointed.

“Great location for Cabo scuba”

The hotel is very clean, but it has only limited amenities. Internet access is not straight forward and WiFi not complementary. The uppermost rooms are only accessible through narrow stairs, which is a hazzle with large pieces of luggage. However, there are 4 (!) dive shops at ground level, and it's just a short walk to the dive boats.

“No cups for coffee ...”

Asked for cups for coffee second day, ignored. Asked for assistance with patio door that did not lock, ignored. Great internet access, great lobby, helpful desk, just lousy room service. Breakfast good, but Manana service there too.

“Dirty floors”

Sticky floors in bathroom. Had to wear my shoes throughout the room. Pool is adequate, no service. Bed was not comfortable. Entire hotel needs updating.

“Highly recommended for Marina View and location”

Went Oct 14-21 during the Marlin Fishing Tournaments...was tremendous!

Water Taxi Services are the best! And affordable!

Must see

The Arches and Land's End, by water taxi.... also go to Lover's Beach, Pelican Beach, the snorkelling is awesome be sure to walk around to the Pacific side of Lover's Beach, its called Divorce Beach, LOL! The huge waves crashing onto the shore there are spectacular, BUT DONOT GO CLOSE TO THE WATER! Very dangerous! The Fishing around Cabos is spectaculour too! Worth a try!

“The Phrase Sub-Par would be too good for this Place....”

The Location is the only thing this place has going for it. We checked in and after were asked several times to Upgrade our room for X-Amount of $$$$$ were Hounded by the TimeShare person after saying NO Thank You Multiple times She Stopped. We Finally got to our room and it was small but clean . having traveled all day to get here we wanted to Shower and clean up before Hitting the Town. The only problem was there were no towels in the room ... I call the front desk and asked for Towels.. 30 minutes later I call again ...... ask again was told that someone would be right there with towels ...... 36 minutes later I am Extremely Mad and call again ..... 15 minutes later a Maid shows up with 2 towels.. The next morning went to make Coffee as there was a Coffee pot and there were No Coffee Cups ??? 2 calls and 43 minutes later cups arrive ... Too say the least We would Never go back here even if it was Free...... Not one time did anyone say Were Sorry or anything to us or at checkout ask How was your Stay ........
