“Going back in January!”

Never went to Cabo before. Time shares are huge down there and I hate dealing with time share people. However we did end up taking the tour of our resort with Janell, our time share rep. She did not pressure us at all - put all the information right out there for us to look at or walk away from after we did the tour. No pressure what so ever from her. Never in my life did I think I'd buy a time share and we walked away with buying into this one at this resort-that's how much we loved it. The service was great, people were very friendly, prices were resonable and it was a beautiful place to stay. We can't wait to go back in January and we are taking all three kids this time. Lots to enjoy here or relaxing is just as great. A+++++

“Awesome place to relax!”

The pool alone is a reason to stay there. For the most part the staff was helpful (a little language barrier sometimes). Room was beautiful. We were upgraded to a 1 Bedroom without even asking. The only bad thing was the time share hard sell. They act like they're not going to hard sell but they do. I wish we didn't waste 3hrs of our beautiful day for their presentation.

“Most relaxing spot in Cabo”

Villa del Arco made it a very relaxing vacation! The only bad thing is the concierge were borderline harassing! If you didnt do a time share with them they were not very helpful later...Other than that this hotel was amazing. Mini kitchen so make sure you shop for food to save on room service! The pools are huge and the customer service in all apsects was wonderful. We did not come across not 1 rude employee. The hotel is also fairly new, so I was surprised at how nice it was for the price. I would go back and stay at this hotel again if the price was right. This hotel is huge, so there are many restaurants to choose from and a store where you can purchase some groceries. Take your loved one because this trip will be capital R-O-M-A-N-T-I-C!

“Cabos Virgins”

This was our first trip to Cabos San Lucas. We were pleasantly suprised as we drove up to the hotel, and again as we entered the Lobby, everything was lovely. Initially, we were put in a room toward the back of the hotel, with a view of the ocean and dried up river bed. The next day we went back to the front desk after check-out and we were very happy when we were given a room facing the pool and the ocean. Each room has a stovetop and microwave, its economical to take the ten - twenty minute walk into town to purchase your food from the local supermarket. If not take the trolley from Los Arcos to Las Palmita market, their prices were okay. We had no problems getting lounge chairs poolside, the music was played at a reasonable volume. Bring your own Ipod, their music selection is limited and played repeatedly. Ipod. The gym is fantastic, clean and modern. We found the entire staff friendly and courteous, but most of all the concierge staff are the ones who really helped to make our stay exceptionally pleasant. Go for the time-share presentation, we in no way felt hassled or obligated to purchase.

“Fabulos Restful Vacation”

This is our 2nd trip to cabo and our 1st at this hotel. Everything about it was wonderful. Top notch place to stay. Go to the Sands beachfront restaraunt, ask for Chino. Great food great price on the beach.

“Very impressed”

This place was immaculate, and the beach in front had a great view with just a short walk along the water to any activity you want to do. The only issue was the 'concierge' right after you check in, but that is to be expected, and if you stand your ground you don't even have to go with her to hear the spiel about the free welcome breakfast where they will promote the time share deal. If you want to get the Gold Card and the promotional prices on stuff to do, go ahead and talk to the concierge, but we were just interested in doing our own thing and declined the whole time share breakfast presentation.

“Beautiful New Hotel Great Location!”

Brand new hotel with amazing spa and work-out center. Woke up to beautiful view of the famous Cabo Rock Arches and ocean right out my window! Had a Hot Rock Massage in their beautiful spa. The food was great... a little pricey... Would go back in an instant. Great for adult travelers taking a break from kids.

It was a beautiful hotel, staff are very warm and gracious, amenities are great. I would totally reccomend this hotel. Only thing i didnt like is the time share that they offer they tell you all about the discount and free breakfast that you can get for a presentation not knowing it is for time share I wasted half of my day listening to this timeshare sales literally i was there at 8 AM till noon.

This hotel is beautiful and far exceeded our expectations. Staff was courteous and professional and all of our needs were met.

30th wedding anniversary/God child wedding. Facilities awesome, entire crew out of their way friendly/cooperative. Would go back in a heartbeat. Great golf too.
