Nice clean place, will kepted. Didn't like the pressure sale of being a member extends to hours, not what we want on a vacation. Promise was not received for what it was offered. Booked a double bed got a King bed, didn't receive until 2 days prior to leaving.

We loved how kid friendly this resort was. Great water slide area and shallow pools for kiddos. Lots of other families there and great dining choices and staff was amazing!

The Royal Solaris was pleasant & inviting. My room was clean & I felt safe while I was there. The food was really good too. I would definitely revisit this hotel in the future

Restaurant staff and food good. Room horrendous! Toilet leaked from the bowl, sink leaked from the plumbing, room smelled of mold anc mildew. Front staff comes across as accusing and unwelcoming. When asking for basics like a pouch of coffee or room towels, guests are asked for reasons and deposits.

Very nice place on the ocean. Wish we knew we couldn’t swim in the ocean in front of the resort. Nice restaurants, staff was very friendly, great pool area.

The only bad experience was with one of the waiters from Marco Polo Restaurant. Rudely saying I couldn’t afford the food there by the waiter, not sure why he thought I couldn’t pay?!? Not appreciating the shortness of how he did not want to take our order. We had a reservation there was no need of not a good customer service.

The buffet workers, especially Capi Angel, went above and beyond the extra mile. Very Attentive, Capi Flor and Fernanda were very accommadating, food was delicious, meat very juicy and tender, Michael Jackson show was espectacular, beautifully property. First I want to shout out to pool boy Daniel Mariano he is probably the best waiter you have. He made our first time there so enjoyable. Thank you and give that boy a raise. Me and my kids had a great week on our vacation. The only thing i though your company could benefit from is for all first time visitors to give a tour or a tutorial on the property and what it offers. By the end of our stay we found out so many more things that we were never told. Also the birds. You gotta do something about the birds

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is pretty friendly. The rooms are really nice and the decks are huge! The only thing that we could complain about is the food. The snack bar was always burgers and hot dogs that were not very good. They have three restaurants for dinner that you have to make reservations for... which are impossible to get one unless you want to eat dinner at 9pm or later. We ended up not eating or eating out of the hotel because we couldn't get into any place. Highly recommend re-thinking staying here if you are a foodie like me. Really disappointed.

Better food this was terrible will not go back No bacon , sausage breakfast nasty Very disappointed with food👎☹️we had to leave the resort to eat.2 stars No beach chairs if you didn't get up at 5:00 am 🤬 bad coffee only one coffee shop has to wait 45 min to get latte 👎i have to say this has not been a good experience.will NOT recommend.

False advertisement for two beds and only given 1. Had to sit in a 3 hr membership, unprofessional presentation to get the actually room I booked. Manager doesn't care. Have to book restaurant reservation at midnight, once a day only, not guaranteed your choice. Small portions, low protein. There are mot enough chairs for the visitors. Id suggest extending the seating area. Shows were food and activities offered were ok too.

The property was all inclusive. Only bad thing about the food was it was cold. The hotel is in a walkable distance to the Pueblo shopping center.

Resort was good for price. They have some areas that could use minor repairs to increase esthetics. Staff were all very nice and hard working. They helped us anytime we needed anything two beds for four people were full size and not big enough for our family… thankfully we were able to request a cot. If you want a lawn chair you have to be up at like 5am… resort should remove towels if not used in an hour or so so that everyone can use one. Other than that pool was perfect, drinks were good. Food was mediocre but I have found that’s typical for all inclusive.

Pros—staff was wonderful, property is beautiful, great swim park for kids, close to several restaurants and some shopping, safe to venture out of the all inclusive Cons—everyone puts out towels reserving seats at the main pool at 8am and never removes their towels making it impossible to get a pool chair—the property needs to start mitigating this it was ridiculous, you have to make reservations at 3 out of the 4 dinner restaurants and everything is always booked unless you book far out or late at night, there is very little Mexican food at the buffet—i was expecting a week of tacos and quesadillas but no, they have a member “club” which is similar to a timeshare and club members get better buffet and better benefits which aren’t offered to all guests

Man this place is too correct. Landed went straight to resort and was greeted at my uber with my room ready to go. No more than 5 minutes to check in and get my all inclusive wristband. Everyone there takes care of you and make sure your taken care of. My boy Luis at the pool bar gave us an unforgettable trip and experience. 10/10

Although there are signs to not reserve lounge chairs, it unfortunately not enforced here. By 7:30am all chairs and loungers are taken ( by towels and personal items). No one is around, chairs sit empty until 10:30-11. High percentage taken by Club Members. The food is mediocre as well. I don’t have high standards, their Mexican fare was good.

The hotel is run down. They don’t have heaters in the room so it was freezing. The rooms had roaches, no water pressure, hard beds and pillows. The food was horrible and the pool only had one jacuzzi that was so dirty there was a layer of scum floating and the surface like a pond.
