The property is what you can expect for the price that you pay. Out of all the trips that we have gone on this resort, probably had the worst food and the most limited options for food property was clean staff was super friendly. The seagulls and the birds were annoying. You’re constantly over the pool this is not only an annoyance and scared the children but this is a health department and safety concern issue. Having the birds eat the food in the buffet lines is a cleaniess issue. We have stayed at many many resorts that all have procedures in place to keep seagulls and birds away from the food.

Great, clean and safe property. The staff are so hospitable and friendly and really make the stay unique! Capi Angel and Victor were so accommodating and really helped us get the most out of our stay. At the Italian restaurant Marco Polo our servers David, Diana, and especially Luis made us feel so welcome and Luis was my son’s favourite new friend and is still talking about him. Lunch with Uriel was always great! And Jazmine at breakfast was so friendly and kind! The children’s playground and water area were used daily by us with our 2 year old and he loved it. Right outside the hotel property are great shops and restaurants and it is a 10-15 minute walk to a shopping plaza for anything else we needed. The beach is expansive and beautiful, as every property in the area, the water is not swimmable due to the unsafe water conditions but it’s still a great place to sit and you can see whales in the morning.

The Royal Solaris was good in many areas. The kids area, the cleanliness, staff, drinks and location. The areas needing improvement - the food situation. There is no variation, lack of selection, trays not filled when empty and the long lines. Pizza wait was a min of 30 min and waited up to an hour in line one of the days. . We found room service for dinner was the best option for us as food came hot, quickly and always had something our family could eat. we are not foodies and don't expect unreal expectation at all inclusives but this was the worst we've ever had.

The staff are all friendly. Ask for Dr.J to be your concierge. Food is good. Family friendly with adult only options if you want them. Exceeded our expectations. During my Covid and a Hurricane a couple of years ago, the owners stood by their staff and the loyalty shows.

Great food and variety for all diets. Really liked how little fried foods they had, lots of salads, meats, fruits ands vegetables. The lunch hut was the best, they’d do tacos with fresh pressed tortillas, ceviches, fresh guacamole and a pasta bar. Coffee shop was great. Some things they don’t tell you or advertise is that you have to ask for kids menu, they’ll make whatever you want but don’t actually have a kids menu. At the lunch bar they make fresh salsa and guacamole but sometime they keep it in the fridge so you have to ask. At the lunch hut if you ask for a pool plate you can bring it back to your pool chair and eat there. At cafe Solaris they don’t put out bacon/sausages, you have to ask for an order. Again you wouldn’t know this, have to ask or see someone else do it. People literally got up at 6am to save pool chairs so be warned.. The drinks were good, Some were pretty sweet. Pina coladas and mojitos were the best! Pizza bar was super popular and very fresh. They make the dough and the pizzas to order. Marco Polo was definitely the fancier of the restaurants. It took over and hour to get our food, so plan early. They have filtered water dispensers all over the resort but it tastes pretty treated, but was fine. Room was a bit musty but it’s a humid climate so I get it. Nothing the AC couldn’t fix. Making the restaurant res was a bit tricky and the first couple days all booked so make sure you talk to concierge right when you check in. The beach is not swimmable at

Nice clean place, will kepted. Didn't like the pressure sale of being a member extends to hours, not what we want on a vacation. Promise was not received for what it was offered. Booked a double bed got a King bed, didn't receive until 2 days prior to leaving.

We loved how kid friendly this resort was. Great water slide area and shallow pools for kiddos. Lots of other families there and great dining choices and staff was amazing!

The Royal Solaris was pleasant & inviting. My room was clean & I felt safe while I was there. The food was really good too. I would definitely revisit this hotel in the future

Restaurant staff and food good. Room horrendous! Toilet leaked from the bowl, sink leaked from the plumbing, room smelled of mold anc mildew. Front staff comes across as accusing and unwelcoming. When asking for basics like a pouch of coffee or room towels, guests are asked for reasons and deposits.

Very nice place on the ocean. Wish we knew we couldn’t swim in the ocean in front of the resort. Nice restaurants, staff was very friendly, great pool area.

The only bad experience was with one of the waiters from Marco Polo Restaurant. Rudely saying I couldn’t afford the food there by the waiter, not sure why he thought I couldn’t pay?!? Not appreciating the shortness of how he did not want to take our order. We had a reservation there was no need of not a good customer service.

The buffet workers, especially Capi Angel, went above and beyond the extra mile. Very Attentive, Capi Flor and Fernanda were very accommadating, food was delicious, meat very juicy and tender, Michael Jackson show was espectacular, beautifully property. First I want to shout out to pool boy Daniel Mariano he is probably the best waiter you have. He made our first time there so enjoyable. Thank you and give that boy a raise. Me and my kids had a great week on our vacation. The only thing i though your company could benefit from is for all first time visitors to give a tour or a tutorial on the property and what it offers. By the end of our stay we found out so many more things that we were never told. Also the birds. You gotta do something about the birds

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is pretty friendly. The rooms are really nice and the decks are huge! The only thing that we could complain about is the food. The snack bar was always burgers and hot dogs that were not very good. They have three restaurants for dinner that you have to make reservations for... which are impossible to get one unless you want to eat dinner at 9pm or later. We ended up not eating or eating out of the hotel because we couldn't get into any place. Highly recommend re-thinking staying here if you are a foodie like me. Really disappointed.

False advertisement for two beds and only given 1. Had to sit in a 3 hr membership, unprofessional presentation to get the actually room I booked. Manager doesn't care. Have to book restaurant reservation at midnight, once a day only, not guaranteed your choice. Small portions, low protein. There are mot enough chairs for the visitors. Id suggest extending the seating area. Shows were food and activities offered were ok too.

The property was all inclusive. Only bad thing about the food was it was cold. The hotel is in a walkable distance to the Pueblo shopping center.
