“Perfect spot for a long weekend”

My wife and I had a spectacular time at the Pacifica. The staff was immensely helpful and friendly. When I accidentally left my laptop under the seat of the third-party shuttle service from the airport, the staff jumped on the problem immediately - even though the shuttle services offices were closed for the day - and were able to recover my laptop in less than 1/2 an hour! We spent the whole time at the resort and spa (except for one sunset cruise which was a lot of fun) and were happy to skip the downtown scene. The beach was beautiful, the pools were perfect... the whole scene was incredibly serene and romantic. My wife, who is no stranger to spas, raves to her friends that the facilities at Pacifica were among the best she's ever seen. In short, we had a great time and will probably be back.

“Incredible minimalistic Hotel, excelent to rest”

I went to tis hotel to celebrate my honeymoon. The staff is really kind and everything works good. The hotel offers different kind of services of spa, bar, room service, restaurant, etc. We use a very special one that is a dinner at the beach. They install a dinner table at the beach and two people serves you an incredible dinner during the sunset. After the dinner you can stay at a bed that is next to the table in order to enjoy the place... REALLY EXCELENT!

“An unbelievable beautiful hotel!”

This hotel is right on the ocean and every single room has an ocean view and private balcony. The hotel, grounds, pool, etc. are spotless. If you want to just relax and get away from the tourist, noise etc. this is the place to go. Serenty with music all day long, quiet nights in the whirlpool by the ocean, swim up bar, restaurant food/presentation and taste is superb. We were treated like royalty. We can't wait to come back!

“Absolutely wonderful”

This resort was beautiful. This is one of our best vacations ever. The staff was always there to take care of your every need and make your stay the best and they always did it with a smile. The view of the ocean from our balcony was spectacular. Totally relaxing from the gentle music to the aromatherapy. The breakfast and poolside restaurant we both very good and reasonably priced. Would go back in a heartbeat. Loved it!

This was, quite honestly, one of the nicest places I've ever stayed. The resort is beautiful and tranquil. The rooms all have wonderful views. There are no children. The pool is infinity-edge and bathwater-warm. Even the other people staying at the hotel are friendly. The fitness center and the spa are both fantastic. Some of the food is on the expensive side, but it's not out of line with what you find elsewhere. Some have mentioned that it is too far from town, but it's quick 10-minute ride and also relatively inexpensive. This is the best place in Cabo San Lucas. We did find a $100+ error on our bill, but it was fixed within a couple of hours.

We just got back from this hotel early June 2006 - what an incredible place. The staff was very helpful, the grounds and pool were immaculate, the prices are a little high for a drink ($10 USD), but the drinks were the best I've had (margaritas, dirty monkeys), the concierge was very helpful, the security was great, the spa was very lush and relaxing, and I can't say enough that this was the best vacation I've ever had. I would highly recommend!

“oh my god”

the hotel was beautiful. the aromatherapy was present through all parts of the hotel. the lobby, rooms, pool, view was gorgeous. it's a bit far from town, but there are free shuttles that will take you there. the taxis range in all prices, you should ask before you ride. There are no meters. the staff was friendly. the swim up can service was a bit slow. room service was fast and the food hot. wake up calls were on time. the room was exactly as pictured on the website. we were able to get early check in and the room we requested. i loved this resort for relaxation. If you want to party, you may want to stay closer to town like the pueblo bonito rose and take the shuttle to the pacifica to hang out by the pool. there is no swimming on the beach here, the rip tides are way too dangerous. the food at the siempre restaurant was really like any other hotel food. The presentation was nice and the restaurant is beautiful, but the food is mediocre. We did have quite a few meals there because of the convenience. If you want a quiet relaxing getaway, you must stay here.

This hotel is a slice of heaven! The service was fabulous and it is a wonderfully relaxing place to be. The fact that they don't allow children under the age of 16 helps a lot; and it is a smaller property so there aren't hoards of people everywhere. The restaurant Siempre has some of the finest cuisine we've ever had. The spa was fabulous and we highly recommend the beach hut massage. The main pool was out of service when we were there but the smaller pool was open and it was great; you can also sun yourself on the beach but you cannot swim in the ocean due to the undertow. It's a tad bit windy, especially in the late afternoon/evening but there are plexiglass barriers that block most of it from the pool area. We went in early June and the evenings were quite cool so bring a light jacket/sweatshirt/sweater. This hotel is a short cab ride from downtown (a bit pricey at $10-12 each way). Their free shuttle runs between their sister hotels but it lets you off quite a ways from the actual downtown area and takes forever. The taxi was worth it just for the speed/direct route. We cannot wait to go back!

The Pacifica was a beautiful and peaceful place to relax and enjoy the spectacular view. It is not the place to go if you want night life and lots of activities. The hotel is very accomidating in arranging transportation to take you to other facilities for desired activities. The spa treatments are wonderful, but expensive. Everything at the Pacifica is a little pricey but excellent quality. We will definitely be going back before the year is out. We loved it there!
