I liked that they had separate adult pool and activities all day round. In room order are not heard nicely and sometimes there was things missing for in room orders. Overall the experience was average

This place was amazing, the ocean view was definitley worth it. Our kids loved the pools, and the food options were quite good. Excellent service and very friendly staff!

Very nice property, staff was immensely helpful. Kudos to the kid's club staff: Mario Lopez, Kitxia, Karina, Lisset as they welcomed the kids with open arms and kept them engaged in multiple activities. Overall, a pleasing experience.

As an English speaking guest, it would have been nice to have English subtitles on the TV movies which of course were all in Spanish. Good thing L had down loaded a number of movies on my IPad

Amazing staff - so friendly and courteous. They are going out of the way to accommodate you.
The food choices were OK, I wouldn't describe it as luxury. The property is compact and you do not need a golf cart to get around. I definitely recommend to stay here during off-peak times. Otherwise, it could get crowded.

Staff was wonderful. Room was a little run down. Thought we would have sitting area in our room but did not. Balcony furniture in bad shape. Shower gel fell off wall. One restaurant took 45 minutes to get salad. Loved adult pool and entertainment.

We loved this property. We had a big group and there was something for everyone. Adults only area, main pool area and kids area were all very nice. The food was great, not your typical all inclusive. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this resort to friends.

It wasn't bad, but not great either. There should be a better way to reserve swimming pool chairs. People just put the towel and don't use the chair for hours... This need to be fixed. Alcohol beverages were watered down, food was mediocre. Again, I would rate my experience here as average. I heard Hyatt Ziva Cancun is much better than than the Cabos one.

This was a truly fantastic place to be. It is now my new favorite location to visit and the Hyatt Ziva was absolutely fantastic. A simple post here would not do it justice. Take a leap of faith based on my recommendation and book this place!

Although there are several dining options, there is usually a wait in all of the restaurants ranging from 20 mins to 2 hours. The beach is not swimmabke due to strong waves.

We only received housekeeping one time in the 5 days we were there. Also, I have celiacs and had a hard time finding lunch options on the resort. Breakfast and dinner were easy to find options for just not lunch. A lot of staff struggled with English speaking as well.

Good location and professional staffs. Despite the swimming pool being too cold probably due to out of order, there was no prior notice given to customers, nor was there any request for understanding or an apology, which calls for rectification.

Stayed here both in 2016 and this December 2023 through new years. Staff is fantastic but resort was very busy and showing its age. Overall a fun experience with family

Only extra ordinary thing about Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos was their lobby (view). Every thing else is less than what is expected from an expensive/luxury resort.
There are hardly any Gluten free options. Hotel couldn't provide even the basic things like Yogurt or Taco Gluten free. Most of the staff members were not aware or prepared to accommodate needs of gluten allergy guests.
It appeared that strategy of hotel was to provide watered down drinks with cheap alcohol. You get only Dos-equis or Tecate beer options after paying $1000/night. Hard to find space/towels in pool area and there is 15-30minutes wait to get drink/food-from-truck in the pool area.
Restaurants allow 8 people / table only. Hotel takes no interest in accommodating bigger groups. Low quality entertainment with not enough space to sit. Had to pay money to find/reserve place to sit on new year eve's party area. 1-2 hours wait time at restaurants.

Very un accommodating for our large party of 40. No reservations for dining would be available for hours. Limited food choices. Servers seemed completely disinterested in trying to provide good service. Almost to the point of being rude. We had some food allergies and that person ended up eating the same food for 18 meals straight even though at the time of booking they had convinced us that many gluten free Choices would be available. Drinks were completely watered down. We requested to play a few of our song choices and they completely refused. I would
Have understood if the club was packed but there was not a single person there other than our group. Spend your money somewhere else.
