“Second stay at Finisterra and can't wait to go back!”
My summer vacation at the Finisterra was absolute tranquility. If what you are looking for is family oriented and perfect location, this hotel offers that and more..I enjoyed a wonderful breakfast every morning at the Whale Watcher Restuarant, located in hotel grounds. In the evening walked down to the Marina to have dinner or just listen to music. Marina, water taxi, town square and main tours all within walking distance.
“A Hidden Treasure”
Stayed here for my 30th birthday over Labor Day weekend. The place was like a ghost town, which was nice because we had the pool, restaurant, etc to ourseleves, sort of felt like royalty! The staff was very nice and helpful. Our room was very spacious. Could use some new comforters, a little outdated but that is my only complaint...which isnt much of one! This place is very relaxing and I would definitely go back again!
“We were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was.”
We stayed in the newer section of the hotel which was just great. The rooms were very spacious and the view was spectacular. The help couldn't have been more pleasant. The rooms were kept very clean and the food was great. The service at the pool could have been faster, but it was sufficient.
“Beautiful Hotel”
The hotel Finisterra was a great place to stay in Cabo. The only drawback was the hill. The hotel has free shuttle for most of the day but after a long night on the town, it is torture to hike up that bad boy. We had a normal room, but the view was great. My wife preffered it over the ocean view. It had a great view of the marina and the local area. Customer service at the front desk could have been a little quicker but they took care of us. I would definately stay here again over any other hotel.
“Can't wait to go back”
Hotel Finisterra was absolutely fantastic. The service was excellent, and the pool is phenomenal, the best in Cabo. Hotel Finisterra is just a short walk to downtown Cabo, whereas most of the other hotels require a cab ride to get there. We stayed in the older part of the Finisterra and were very happy with our room. We had a balcony with a great view of the marina. We can't wait to go back to Cabo and stay in the Finisterra again.
“Very nice hotel”
Loved our room with the ocean view. Everything was quality at the hotel. We enjoyed the bar as well for drinks and breakfast on the patio. 3 lovely swimming pools on the beach. The only small issue would be walking down the steep hill to walk into town. The hotel does have a shuttle that will take you to the bottom of the hill, but it is seldom there when you need to return up the hill.
“Can't wait to go back”
Our honeymoon couldn't have been more perfect. The service was exceptional, the ocean view was exactly as promised, and the restaurant's quality of food and presentation was spectacular. The location of the hotel made it seemless to access the beaches, the marina or the town. We plan to visit again next summer for our one year anniversary.
“Fabulous hotel, would definitly recommend.”
The hotel was great except for the fact that the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The food at the hotel restaurant/bar was delicious.
“Can't wait to go back”
Have stayed there three times before and is wonderful everytime!
“definitely worth the money”
The Finisterra is an awesome, relaxing, clean, beautiful place to experience Cabo. Just a short walk to the marina and town. Taxi to 'Missiones' for surf was $17. Restaurant at the hotel is ok and a little pricy, but worth it if you want to avoid the town crowd. The bar is fantastic - great view and good drinks. We accidentially left our safe open one day with hundreds of dollars worth of stuff plus lots of cash. The cleaning service closed the safe -- without taking a dime! I highly reccommend this place!!
