Situated on a white-sand beach on the Sea of Cortez, the 7 buildings of the low-rise, earth-colored adobe Holiday Inn Resort Los Cabos makes a dramatic architectural statement with its horizontal lines. Cactus gardens grace spacious grounds. 3 swimming pools include Estuary Pool, an adults-only pool shaped like a quarter-moon; a family pool with rousing volleyball matches next to the swim-up bar; and a children's pool. Due to a strong undertow, swimming off the beach is not recommended.

This resort's 4 specialized restaurants are complemented by 2 swim-up bars, a big snack bar palapa, and a lobby bar with live piano music. A fitness center and the indoor-outdoor supervised children's activity center are open year-round. La Terraza -Billing itself as an authentic steak house, guests gather here for steaks and a variety of domestic and international-brand drinks. The bar offers a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, surrounded by exotic flora and lush gardens.

“Best Cabo fishing trip, ever”

A great experiance in all inclusive resorts. For the price, you cant match the quality of the food, room service and beverage service. The best place to stay if you want to fish and avoid Cabo. The new marina is world class and less than 10 minutes away. We caught tuna, dorado, stripers, wahoo and pargo, saw whales, big mantas, and got boarded buy the Mexican Navy!! just to check papers and fishing licenses, they were very professional. I look forward to returning to this hotel, also less than 10 minutes away from Cabo Surf and Zippers.

“We are planning our next trip for 2010 and the sooner the better!!”

This was my 5th trip to San Jose del Cabo and my 4th time staying at the InterContinental Presidente Los Cabos All Incusive Resort. I really like this hotel as the property is very large and the buildings are only three stories so you don't feel like a large hotel with all the rooms on top of each other. The food is always good and the price with flight/room/food was very affordable. Already planning our next trip.The Estuary is right next to the hotel and has lots of wildlife. The walk into town is very convenient and there are so many places to see and restaurants to visit in town.

“Versatile Location”

Great staff and service, nice hotel. Other than the Napa restaurant, which was very good, the food was just so-so. The food at the steak restaurant was poor and the Mexican restaurant was closed our entire stay--disappointing.

“Looking forward to going back next year”

Have just returned from a fantastic vacation at this hotel.The staff were very friendly and professional, food was great and for a very small service charge there is 24 hour room service. Couldn't fault anything, great value, all inclusive is the way to go.

“can't wait to go back to cabo, will try to stay in another hotel”

overall the all-inclusive was very good. I was not impressed with the food. We've stayed there before and the food was much better. I was very dissapointed in the food for the money of all inclusive. Also the times to get food wasn't conveinient. Also you have to pay $ to get room service and my kids who each had a room wanted to get food and wouldn't get it because they had to pay money. We had 3 rooms and paid good money, it didn't used to cost for room service. Also 1 day it was late and one of the food places wouldn't serve my son because it was a reservation only place. They had not one person sitting it their dining area, they were picking up the food and wouldn't let him get a plate off their buffet area.

“We will return!”

This all-inclusive was a terrific deal. My husband, his brother and I stayed for a week and didn't want to leave. The staff went out of the way to make our trip fantastic. The activities and entertainment ranged from Mexican bingo to tennis and guided bike tours of San Jose. There are four pools to enjoy. One of which is where the activities happen (pool volleyball, water aerobics, bingo, question of the day...) Another pool is an adult only pool. It is very quiet and relaxing. There is a kids pool next to the activity pool. The only downfall might be that we really couldn't swim in the ocean, as it has a bad undertoe. But we did know this before booking our trip.

“Had an absolute BLAST!”

We had an exceptional time in Los Cabos, staying at a wonderful resort. The resort was quiet, clean, and inviting. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was GREAT and plentiful. There was lots to do in San Jose as well as in Cabos San Lucas by shuttle (only 1/2 hr). Deep sea fishing was awesome! We highly recommend this resort and cities in Mexico!!!

“Going again from Tn”

We have been to the resort 2 times and preparing for number 3. We have encountered some of the finest people from around the world at this resort. We find it restful, peaceful and with a great service staff. We have traveled around the world and find this to be OUR favorite place to go and visit. We can have a drink and listen to beautiful music and have some of the best drinks I can imagine. Personally I love the food and we will venture out to San Jose and San Lucas for limited excursions (eg. Sunset cruise or a restaurant). This place will RESTORE your Soul!
