The Hilton brand is well established, so I expected better. I asked the front desk for water, because we weren't available for room turndown service, and the young lady told me "you can get water at the bar" in other words, they're so about your money, that every opportunity they have to squeeze you will be quickly applied. FYI, unless you're okay with $12 matcha latte's from their lobby cafe, $95 for two choices of cheap cabernet and $32 steak quesadillas, find a better way to spend your vacation dollars.

Great family friendly resort. Rooms were clean. Pools were great. Kids Club for the little ones that they enjoyed. Good breakfast buffet. Good margaritas. Service at the pool was good, otherwise quite slow in restaurants, etc…. Spa was phenomenal. Massage with Hector was so good. Very impressed with the spa over all!

Great place to stay and relax. All the rooms have an ocean view! The only con is the outrageous prices on everything! Taco Tuesday is $50 per person for unlimited tacos. You kidding me, we are in Mexico, I can eat unlimited tacos in LA and it won’t cost me $50. Two coffees and a croissant is like $15. Pricing is insane. I rather take Uber and go have dinner at a local restaurant with more authentic food for fraction of a price. Otherwise hotel is great.

The Property location is great. Staff needs to be trained properly on disclosing the fees, and services. Food was mediocre. Overpriced food and drinks for the quality. Outrageously overpriced for a resort.

Given that I have a disability, the hotel's staff and management did a great job with guiding me through accessible facilities and activities. Only critique is that the hotel didn't have a smaller sedan vehicle, as I have a foldable wheelchair and it would have been easy for me to get in and out of a car. However, the hotel called me and my wife a taxi to go to the airport and also graciously paid for this trip. The food and tequila pairing dinner was an amazing experience. Hugo and Alfonso at the Hilton made this a great event, which my wife and I would recommend for all foodies visiting Cabo.

Really like this resort. It’s beautiful but it is EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE! This was our 4th time visiting and didn’t remember how expensive it was. We did try to upgrade our room this time and did get an ocean view and breakfast included but room was super expensive. The other food options for lunch and dinner were very expensive as well.
