Viña del Mar Restaurant is a relaxed and casual atmosphere reminding of the traditional Baja California vineyards, including an open-air space for enjoying the best world cuisine, a feast of unmatched scents and flavors serving daily buffet breakfasts and dinners.
Rosato Restaurant offers a warm, elegant and relaxing ambiance, perfect for savoring a northern Italian cuisine, à la carte with an astonishing ocean views.
At Peninsula restaurant, the best seafood from the Sea of Cortez is served: shellfish, shrimp, salads, and ceviche. In addition, you can enjoy wraps, pasta, and beef cuts à la carte. At night, the kitchen becomes a sublime scenario featuring cuisine created by Chef Gerardo Rivera and masterfully played by Chef Jorge Mendieta. A cuisine so unique it has been branded its own name: Pacific Rim.

Lobby Bar decorated with dozens of candles; the Lobby Bar features commanding views of the hotel grounds and the ocean beyond. The bar specializes in top shelf liquors, Cuban cigars, and high-end tequilas.
Bikini Bar, the hotel's swim-up bar, offers light snacks in and around the pool deck.
Beach Bar is an ultra-casual palapa-roofed bar offering tropical drink specialties and light lunch service to guests on the beach.
Fire Pit Bar combines sensuality and the best ambience into a memorable epicurean experience during the evening.
On regular bar service hours, there’s an open bar offering international beverages (water, soft drinks, rum, tequila, vodka and whiskey). For after hours you can order drinks through our room service (served by the glass only).
The room mini-bar is refilled daily and offers two domestic brand water bottles, two beers, and two soft drinks per person.
