Place is outstanding, 3rd time staying here. Only issue I found was that the bar across the street is quite loud at night. Staff was nice, and the staff for breakfast is super nice and helpful! Would stay again :)

our stay was excellent. the only problem was something out of their control which is the noise outside from the business right across the street (loud music until 2am). it would be awesome is something could be done about this.

Great staff! Tiny but comfy room. The noise at night was quite loud. Music from the adjacent bar. Ask for a quiet section and bring earplugs!!! Breakfast was good. Good value for the money.

The hotel is fine. It’s conveniently located and clean. The staff is cordial enough, except for Roberto who went above and beyond. He helped me to book a taxi and was so kind. He was friendly and clearly cared. The hotel does not have first aid, so don’t expect them to have bandaids or anything to assist if you have any cuts or bruises. Otherwise it was fine.

Check-In included a smokey environment. The next day's wakeup call was a 6:30 false fire alarm. Laundry machines were unavailable. However, they said I could cross the main street and have laundry done, but since it was Christmas it was closed. They did accept the cleaned laundry from the vendor. So, I think they are still getting the bugs out.

I stayed at the Fairmont Inn by Marriott in November 2023, attracted by the brand's reputation. The hotel is clean with commendable amenities like a well-equipped gym, a pool, and breakfast included. The staff was friendly and helpful, enhancing my overall experience. However, the noise level was a significant concern. Located opposite a large outdoor venue with a karaoke bar, loud music played until 2-3 AM, even on Sundays. The double-pane windows couldn't fully block the noise. Thankfully, my industrial-grade earplugs helped me sleep. I suggest the hotel provide earplugs or improve soundproofing. While the facilities and service are excellent, the noise is a drawback. If not for this, I would rate it an 'A', but with the noise issue, it's a 'C'.

I normally don’t complain but, I didn’t know it was under remodeling. Once I paid $200 per night, (not expensive but is something) I received an email saying some areas are under remodeling etc… well they never said those areas are the gym, the pool, the dinner area etc.. everything I supposed to do in my stay. Also due the hurricane the cable (tv) was not working, I understand that is not problem at all) also the Buffett was free, well eggs, beans and rice, with cantaloupe and coffee. The only thing working was the internet 🙏, when I try to at least some discount, the front desk staff was nice but the manager attitude was not the best to deal with, like if he was losing money from his pocket. Anyway hopefully they fix the hotel soon or put the rates lower for the issues. Not coming back!

I like that everything is walking distance if you don't mind being in the heat. If we needed a taxi service the Hotel Staff assisted with that and there was never a wait. Didn't like the the Hotel was under construction/remodeling which didn't allow for the use of its amenities, such as Gym and Pool.

AC not working
This stay was my 3rd stay here over the years. To be honest I felt like after COVID things are not the same. My biggest complaint of the whole stay was the AC … it was 103 outside , humid and our AC never got cold. We had them check it like 10 times and they said it would get cold but it never did and they did not want to change our rooms… super disappointed

The hotel is under renovations right now, which is not mentioned when booking through Hotels.com. The hotel definitely needs a face lift. Room was ok, service was great, but definitely not staying again until improvements are made.

Upon check-in Mauricio was extremely professional and courteous. Juan night security is very attentive and helpful. Isaias in the front desk is very rude, disrespectful, and sarcastic, he shouldn't be working upfront, maybe kept behind the scenes. Overall installations need some upgrades and touchups.

The property has limited dining and areas where guests can lounge and enjoy. Food choice for breakfast is limited, and unsanitary to see a trash bin within the dining and food area - flies are flying over it. The staff is fantastic and very accommodating. Shout out to Mauricio for making the guest at home. Also, to Griselda for providing my daily needs.

The staff is amazingly friendly and want everyone one to know how nice, friendly and helpful; they were. Owners or management needs to invest in the property. The Inn was old and nothing like the photo's on Expedia. The rooms are old, smell, lights broken, safe didn't work and probably just needed batteries. Bed linen was stained with black spots as well the comforter and the bathroom dirty. I was there for 1 night of business and the price was still $200.00 with taxes but would only return due to the staff

Not so great in Cabo
Hotel has gotten very run down over the years. Pool deck has broken tiles all around it, only 5 lounger chairs around the entire pool. Gym needs some better equipment. Rooms need updated, mattresses are worn out. Towels and bedding are worn and stained. Could be a great hotel again, but they need to spend some money and bring it back to a Marriott standard. For the price they charge, it should be a way better run hotel, just like it was when they opened it.

The karaoke bar next door was loud on the first night( Tuesday) but quiet on Wednesday. Lost my wallet on Tuesday and decided to return home after only 2 nights. Good breakfast
