“this place rocks”
Everyone here is insanely nice! they are more than welcome to tell you good places to eat, drink, shop ect. It's in a great place that feels safe. The hotel is very clean, and bright with color and very beautiful plus airy. It comes at a cheap price and includes breakfast.
“The moxperienc relaxing hotel ever”
Clean, friendly and perfect for my health as I suffer from terrible alergies in modern popup hotels. The artwork is amazing. Walked to town every evening and always felt safe as there are many other gringos walking around and a police patrol. The food was what I consider health food as there was no cream butter or milk and that is the way i like it, Just like going back 100 years to Old School Mexico. If you are looking to party, eat american food and do the griswald thing then dont go here. If you want to go back in time and feel like you are a special guest in a rustic land then you must go here. On another note the WIFI at this place worked better than I have ever had in Baja. The TV had about 60 channels all working perfectly which I have never seen in even the best hotels in Cabo, Lots of premium channels to relax to before going to bed. Thank You for the healing lodging. Be aware there is no phone or alarm clock in the room but these days who needs that anyways.
“Cultural Imersion in the Art District of San Jose del Cabo”
The Cielito Lindo Hotel was by far my best hotel experience to date. The hotel created the illusion of total cultural imersion, while maintaining the luxuries that should have reminded me that I was not actaully a local. The vast majority of buildings in the area are open air, and while my room was fully enclosed, It had the feel of being open air. I have stayed in two of the nearby resorts, neither of which boast a concierge to rival the Cielito Lindo. The Cielito Lindo concierge was able to point me to all of the dining locations popular amongst locals and unknown to the tourists. Every place she sent me, I found easier to find with her directions, better in quality, and vastly superior in affordability when compared with the places I have been sent by the resorts. They made it feel like I was visiting family. The Hotel itself was beautiful as well.
“wonderings in south baja”
The hotel seems a little buried in the hills of San Jose del Cabo with weird one way streets, but once we got at the hotel, everything else was great. The rooms were super clean and it was like staying at home away from home. Service and the concierge were fantastic. I was expecting a bland and cold coffee with a donut for breakfast, but I was surprised when I had chilaquiles and scrambled eggs with freshly brewed coffee for breakfast. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, not only because its 2-3 blocks away from the main plaza, but also because of the warm service and excellent location in downtown San Jose del Cabo.

A nice little budget hotel, a couple blocks north off the beaten path. Includes full breakfast in a nice courtyard (chilequilles, pancakes and eggs). Very basic room (poured concrete throughout), very clean, good double bed, colorful paint, TV, A/C, and ceiling fan. Tiny bathroom but lots of hot water. Parking lot available. Nice paintings in hallways. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, even though we spoke almost no Spanish. We needed a place to flop after our flight, and didn't want to pay a lot. We were pleased by the included breakfast and friendly staff. We found this hotel to be a good value.

“Authentic Mexican Hotel”
This is small, authentic Mexican Hotel located in the heart of San Jose del Cabo. It is not fancy in any way, but clean. The staff are friendly, and helpful. We chose this hotel so we would be away from the crowds and have an opportunity to rest, it met our need.
