“Depends on what you like...”

The outside of the hotel was very pretty, the court yard was beautiful when it was lit up for the evening, the service was outstanding. The rooms are very tiny and what is called the bathroom is very small- with no privacy. The over all experience was "ok"- however we will not be staying there again.

“I would look for a better place..”

This hotel is well located, three blocks from the main Commercial Area, Marine and bars. If it only this had at least a regular mattress, a door for the toilet instead of a curtain, the price you pay would be reasonable compared with some others around it, even though these are two blocks more far away from the main commercial area. There is no parking lot. The attention was great.

“Shocking”

Cabo Inn is well located downtown Cabo and the staff is friendly and accommodating (to their abilities). Be;yond that, it fails. The rooms are tiny, the bath separated from the bed area by flimy curtain on a stick (no doors). Forget privacy. The room sink is in the bedroom area, not the bath and the mirror is a joke. Everything looks as if it were 30 years old. It was impossible to read in the room or in the common area since the lighting was so poor. There are no closets and only a couple chairs in the rooms (space is so tight that is all that is possible) The room windows are very small (In fact, the second room we were given had NO window at all! Some rooms have a13 inch TV, some don't have any TV at all. In short, there are much better choices in the same price range.

“First time to Cabo San Lucas”

The pictures of this hotel are deceiving. I wanted to experience Cabo from downtown. The rooms are extremely small enough room to walk around the bed they are musty. It was clean but not very nice at all, the bed mattress is actually foam. The doors are metal and have an inch gap at the bottom not much of a sound barrier, traffic noise all night. There is no bathroom door only a curtain so no privacy for toilet use if you have a roommate. I expected more of a personal bed and breakfast type atmosphere but the management couple where not overly friendly but not rude either. The picture of the pool is an old picture it does not look this nice. It is peeling the water is cold. The 2 deck chairs they have on the roof are covered in mold and dust. The rooms each have window air conditioners that you are allowed to keep on while you are in the room but are instructed to turn off when you leave they of course are very noisy. I would only recommend this hotel to an adventurous person who can go with the flow. My husband and I made the best of it and enjoyed our trip. But we really prefer being by the beach and having an awesome view to have coffee and drinks over.
