The worst motel 6 I stayed at? Every dirty. Holes in the doors where someone punched them. The shower curtain ripped and the bar coming off the wall!!!

We arrived close to midnight and were told the only room they had available for us had a broken TV. At first they offer a discount but couldn't provide it because we had booked through Expedia. Turns out the broken TV was to be the least of our worries. The door nob didn't fit the door and was filled part way in by a wash cloth, the door won't stay closed aside from the latch which was barely attached and left the door open a couple inches. In a very unsafe area. The built in seat had a bullet hole in it. The tub faucet won't turn off and the water was running the entire time. The mattress was hard as a rock with busted springs that pressed into our backs all night. We were offered free late check out at noon, in lieu of the discount they were unable to provide, which the clerk said he would make a note about, but didn't, so housekeeping knocked on our door at 9 and then 3 more times until we left shortly after 11. I believe the housekeeping staff had cleaned our room as well as they could with what they had to work with - stained sheets, stained towels, damaged tub finish, damaged and dingey everything. This room should not be rented out at all, much less at the way overinflated price it is listed at.

I don’t know what happened from my last visit to this current one. The guy who checked me in could have cared less that I was there. Seemed very distracted, even forgot to give me my credit card back. Didn’t explain anything, I had to ask questions as to why he was doing certain things. “How do you want to pay the $100?” What is that? What is it for? I already paid. I was already irritated before I even got to my room. Than I get to the room, which was very clean, it’s just the towel rack was coming off the wall, the toilet seat was extremely loose. I was just a little let down, the whole afternoon, night and morning it was like Indy 500, people slamming doors, running down the halls on both floors, yelling and screaming unneccasarily, and these were adults, not kids. My last visit was amazing which is why I came back but after this one, yeah, I think I’m gonna have to pass.

The only thing I liked was that the room was renovated. But only somewhat. It was odd people were hanging around outside the hotel like if it were a 7/11, the tub felt like it was sinking, the bed was stiffer than cardboard same with the pillows, someone with a pet also left fleas behind and possibly blood stains on the sheets. Never coming back and neither should anyone come stay here.

Front desk did their best when we checked in, but when we checked out i told the gentleman that was there in the morning hey all this is wrong with the room Stairs to get to room you have to go over broken stair case, light fixture fell of during night, main door does not close right, exhaust fan was hanging, bathtub dips and caulking is gaped, towels are stale, and all he said was wow I'll mark it down and put on list to fix 😮 Realize we just needed a place to sleep after graduation for my son at University of Merced but dammm...

Bugs in the room, phone wasn’t even working and broken. Found hairs on/in the beds that were suppose to be clean. Curtains were broken, loud neighbors that were living in the hotel. Made me very uncomfortable for being there with my children.

Hotel is not up to standards in the current condition. The hotel is pretty old and worn but they have tried to updated it in an cheap way. This is more than likely the worst hotel stay i've ever had. The staff was semi-helpful and semi-friendly. The staff knows about many of the issues but cannot change anything so some responses come off as unempathetic. There was no working wifi, the first room i was given had a roach in it. The second room didnt have a phone or fridge. Also some of their locks need to use double keys to get into the room. My second room had broken locks for the bathroom and the main door had a gap which allowed cold air to get in. I dont believe I will get my security deposit back without having to call corporate, but will wait and see what happens after about a week.
