“Cheap, no frills, but it works.”

This is the cheapest place to stay in the N. Hollywood/Burbank area, and it was fine. No frills, and my back hurt so maybe the mattress was a little hard, but it could have just been me. I was completely satisfied. Wish I'd brought a swimsuit - I didn't realize they had a pool!

Their maintenance man is either lazy or stupid, or both. Simple things like loose towel racks, loose electrical outlets, need more than tightening but are easily repaired if you have half a brain.

“Just Fine”

My original room 101 was on the ground floor. Before I left Vancouver I called Travelodge's 1-800# requesting a room on the 2nd floor because of the noise above my head. 1st night no one was above me but the 2nd night an ELEPHANT moved in. I went to the clerk on duty and asked for a 2nd floor room and she gave me 212. This was PERFECT! This room was away from the busy highway and the noise from Bob Hope Airport was minimal. I'm not fussy about decor, etc. and found this room with its beautiful window view of the mountains, palm trees, etc. suited me just fine. I would definitely stay there again (with a 2nd floor room), but I never recommend hotels, etc. to anyone because their standards may be different from mine.

“Not Bad For The Price”

You don't go to this hotel expecting everything to be perfect, it always is what you pay for. You don't go in expecting 5 star service and you'll be fine. The rooms were clean smelling and in good condition, all well stocked and clean. I really enjoyed staying in this hotel and I would recommend it to people that just need somewhere to sleep while traveling. The pool was nice and in good condition as well. Although I didn't swim, it was very tempting in some of the heat I was going through at the time. :-)

accomodations were consistent with rating. price was excellent-location was major key, along with price. served my purposes well! Staff was extremely knowlegable of area and best ways to get everywhere I needed to go. Very helpful!

about what I expected...small room but clean. Had microwave and refrig. Close enough to Universal and shopping. For the money and if you don't expect alot it was good. Parking lot small but street parking available.
