Spent my 50th here. A group of us came from Canada. The staff was super amazing and the rooms and hotel were very clean and nice.

Check in was smooth and Tiffani was very friendly and helpful. We stayed overnight after disembarking from our cruise. Close to the terminal and nice central area for Long Beach. Room and facilities were clean.

We went to a show at the Long Beach theater, and it was super convenient that it was right across the street, other than that The property was beautiful, very clean, and all of the stuff we came across was super friendly and helpful! Will definitely stay there again

The staff, property, and amenities— particularly the pool and hot tub— were lovely. Unfortunately, the walls were thin and we had rather loud neighbors. Despite being on a high floor, there was also quite a bit of traffic noise.

The restaurant staff were not very helpful when it came to where we could sit for dinner. Also, the bathroom in our room was not stocked properly the shampoo/conditioner bottles were loose and fell. Alarms on the tv and clock were automatically set for 6am blaring in the morning.

The hotel and facilities were very clean. As was the area that the hotel was in. And the Christmas lights across the street didn't hurt either. They were beautiful.
