Very nice convenient stay, right near big bus tour stop and walking distance to many touristy things. Area and hotel felt safe. Parking available for a fee. Location was great and rooms were neat and clean. Rooftop bar is undergoing reno but can still go check it out. Overall great stay!

The hotel experience was very bad. In the first evening, there were many people talking and screaming in the hallways until about 5am, which makes it impossible to sleep. I let the front desk know and they still did not do anything. In the second night, as I went back into the hotel in the evening I saw the front desk person got into a physical altercation with another guest where he punched him and police was called onto the property. It was very terrible and frightening

Straight and simple the hotel room looks nice and depends or your itinerary its a great location. However $35 a night for parking is CRAZY. Also i like a bang for buck an chose this hotel because it had room service and breakfast available. Only to arrive a be told the kitchen is under construction so there is no cafe or room service and the rooftop bar is not in service either. And the towels and wash clothes all had some little stains, which did get replaced quickly but had again after day 3 the new linen was marked up.

Amazing and friendly staff. Had an LA getaway with my boyfriend for the weekend and we had such a great time! Every spot I wanted to go to or eat at, was only a few min drive & we liked that alot.

Not as advertised at all... The noise was completely loud and unnecessary and went way beyond quiet hours. There was stomping from the rm upstairs. Noises in the halls all night long...a huge spider web in our room, We asked multiple times for extra pillows and were ingorned. There was tape on the doors, a man almost got into a fight w another man in the lobby. No " bar" on the patio as advertised.. it was also filthy and run down. Stains on the cushions. Our room smelled like a bad oder. Neighborhood was scary. I felt like I was lied to and it was false advertising. I would never take my little boy there again.

Second time I have stayed there, it is the closest hotel to my son's house, otherwise I would have looked for alternatives. Stayed there 4 nights this time, housekeeping did not visit my room one of the days.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The parking is excellent except a bit pricey for area, $38 per night. Also, it seems to have an awesome rooftop bar but it’s in renovation right now. It will really boost up the hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly.

The roof top bar was closed for renovation. So what you see online is not available to you. Didn't learn of this until we go there. I thought something should have been taking off the price since we didn't get what we paid for. Also, had to pay $50 to checkin 2 hours early. Paid extra for parking. Front desk folks were not too friendly.

I'm glad I picked The Moment Hotel after going back and forth on my decision among others in the area. It was easy to get to, an awesome area for music fans, and most importantly the hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and it was a cool stay. The area is a little noisy and the walls were a little thin as we could hear some of the louder guests on the floor and outside, but being in NY in the past, and hearing THAT area, it's nothing I'm going to complain about in Hollywood.

I liked that parking was very easy to access and the fee was reasonable. Clean rooms, nice rooftop bar area and the staff was very professional and the communication was excellent by email etc. Walking distance to restaurants etc.

Loved the esthetics, views were nice. Though none of the bars were open. Only thing available was water, tea and coffee. Staff was Amazing and Helpful.

Nice staff, poor everything else
This stay was one of my worst. Only thing about the stay that was good was the nice staff. Rooms were not very clean, beds are uncomfortable, room walls are thin as paper. We heard everything from every guest at all hours of the night. If you want to get a good night sleep this is not the place.
