if you are a athlete or just in to healthty living this is the hotel for you i enjoy my stay and i will be back whenever my next trip take me to down town los angeles.

“Pleasantly surprised!”

Even though i did not spend much time at the hotel, I truly enjoyed my room. The staff was very friendly and super helpful!

“Business traveller”

I had a pleasant stay at the LA Athletic Club while I attended a conference at the Conventional Center. The room was clean, comfortable and the breakfast was a good start to my mornings. The workout facilities were excellent. I plan to stay here again next year.

“oldie but goodie”

The room was perfect but the bathroom, it looks like they miss it at the renovation, complimentary wireless and breakfast, both great, tha parking rate was excelent,

“Great hotel, friendly staff”

The staff was incredibly nice and the hotel was older, but well maintained. I loved having access to all of the gym facilities. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Room was surprisingly spacious. Unfortunately, I was only there for a very short time, late check-in, early check-out.

I enjoyed my stay at the LLAC; the whole staff was pleasant and accommodating. Great Location!

“Good Economic Alternative....”

The room was updated as noted in their photographs and very nicely done. The earlier reviews of it being dated were prior to the renovations. The bonuses of staying here would be the use of the facilities and the full breakfast included. The staff wouldn't necessarily be as big as a regular hotel but were helpful nonetheless. The morning staff for breakfast was fabulous. The downside is that it's a cab ride away from most things if you're not there with a car. You could walk to a 7-11 or places like that. Just something to keep in mind that it's normally a 10-15 min wait for a cab and about $7 for 9-10 blocks and not a pedestrian friendly city if you're not in the center. You're also not in the center of things so if you like to be where the action is all happening, this is probably not your thing. Overall, a good alternative for the price if you're attending an event at Staples or convention center. A good business trip hotel.

I enjoyed mt stay very much, especially with the use of the athletic club. I will definitely stay here again when conducting business in LA.
