“Great Hotel”
The hotel staff went out of thier way to be helpful, location was great, walking distance to food, shops and Universal. Will stay thier again.

“Comfortable and Spacious”
The BLVD Hotel & Spa was perfectly located for our business trip. We were bouncing between Hollywood and other parts of LA. The hotel itself is very chic, but I would call it cheap chic. The chic was done cheaply, but it didn't bother me. My biggest complaints were that the room smelled a like paint (and the window only opened 2 inches) and the shower had terrible water pressure (it took me 20 min to shower instead of 10). But overall I would definitely suggest this hotel and I would stay here again. They have a happy hour which is great, even though we couldn't take advantage. It's a great location if you need to get to Hollywood but don't want to pay the crazy hotel fees over the hill. And the bed was very comfortable.
“Cute Euro-Style Hotel”
I picked this hotel as a convenient place to stay after a concert at the Gibson Amp. I must say I was quite impressed! The room was nice and quiet. The staff was very friendly. I enjoyed the complimentary wine during happy hour, which was a pleasant surprise! It was fun being a tourist/guest in the city I grew up in. A nice change of pace, I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a nice, modest place to stay.

“Gonna be a gem when complete”
I loved my stay at this hotel. 2 widescreen tvs with separate directv feeds for each... The shower... A regular adjustable head plus a large head in the ceiling for a rainfall effect. The only negative I have is that the hotel is *too* new. Not everything listed is available yet (spa isn't complete for starters).. Some items were missing from our room (resolved quickly with a call to the front desk). I'd suggest calling the hotel to make sure any must-have facilities have been completed.

This hotel is brand-new. The room was really nice with two flat screens and two beautiful queen beds, a couch and a mini kitchen. A microwave would have been nice. The shower had two shower heads. One from ceiling and one that slides up and down for your comfort. The floors were carpet by bed and laminate flooring on the rest of floor. This hotel when finished will be a 4 or 5 star. The parking is under-ground and close to elevator. This was a pleasant surprise. The pictures of the hotel are real and so are the pictures of the room. The staff was very friendly. I wiil stay here again. Easy access from the 101 freeway and easy access to Universal Studios. We were 2 miles from the NBC studios. We were in town for the Biggest Loser Finale.
“All around a good experience”
The hotel is located only a couple blocks from Universal City Walk and Universal Studios as well at the metro system. The staff was friendly and eager to help. Overall it was just a great place.

My overall experience was beautiful. Nice staff and rooms! I also liked the fact that i met up with a friend that didnt book with us and he stayed with us and the staff didnt give a hard time. I thought that was cool
“Excellent Stay”
I found the hotel room to very comfortable with nice amenities. I was pleasantly surprised at well appointed the room furnishing were. The hotel value definitely exceeded the rate.
