“Extremely pleased! Best price best service best location”

This hotel was pleasant from the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out. The room was modern and clean. Hotel has no smoking rule in all rooms so theere is no smoke smell at all. The free breakfast was delicouse and we had great service considering it was free. I asked for towels and I had them within 5 minuets. I had no real expectations since the price was so low. I have to say they exceded any expectations I would have for a hotel I would have spend twice as much for. The cleaning ladies even seemed happy. I was so pleasds and happy when we left I tried to book a stay for Christmas but unfortunatly they were completely booked I was sad but understood why. The gentelman that was working the front desk in the night to the morning actually went to school with my husband and had the nicest things to say about him and was so professional about everything I was amazed how polite he was this hotel made my stay such a delight I am grateful to everyone.

“Impressed”

I was not quite sure what to expect and I must say I was pretty impressed with hotel. Very clean, very friendly. The room I reserved was not available so they immediately upgraded me. The free breakfast was a nice touch as well. The only minor thing was my room refridgerator was not working which would have been nice to store my leftovers. Otherwise I had a very pleasant stay.

“Clean, convenient, good deal”

Traveling on business, stayed at Shilo Inn Hilltop, close to freeways easy access. Clean updated rooms. Restaurant has good food. Only negative for business travelers or people with out pets is they allow pets. Checked in, pulled the computer out to get some work done and there was a continous barking dog in next room. Called front dest and they moved me immediately. Requested 5AM wake up call went perfect. Will stay there again with a request to be placed away from noisy pets.
