“Great Airport Hotel”

This hotel was quiet, clean and the beds were extremely comfortable (lots of pillows). The shuttle service was extremely efficient and the staff were friendly. We plan to stay here again on our next LAX trip.

“Great hotel conveniently located near LAX airport”

We booked the last night of our holiday here as the hotel is conveniently situated near LAX airport. Room and pool excellent. Restaurant quite expensive although Starbucks conveniently located in the foyer, and plenty of places to eat nearby. Lifts out of action but didn't cause any problems as we were able to use the service lift which was acceptable. Would definitely go back.

“Great service, clean rooms”

I was impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms, the promptness of the valet service for the car, and how well kept the hotel seemed to be. It has a nice pool area, but the pool could have been cleaner and it was a little small. I got a great night's sleep in my room. That's important, considering I usually wind up with a sore neck and/or shoulder from sleeping in hotel beds. I woke up without any tightness or pain. Room service is always expensive, but when it's midnight and you've just arrived to the hotel and haven't eaten in hours, price goes out the window in favor of a good meal and fast service. Extra points for getting my food to me more quickly than promised. I would definitely stay here again, especially if I have another early flight. This place's proximity to LAX is a definite plus.

“Well Worth It”

We had a very nice stay. Comfortable for me, my husband, my mother, and two small children. We really enjoyed playing in the pool and relaxing in the spa. We didn't want to take the kids out so we ordered in, and the food was good (especially the ribs and cobb salad.. well worth the little extra cash to have everyone happy and chill in the room with a movie, a glass of wine, and lots of fluffy pillows! ) Everyone was friendly, free $5 Starbucks in the morning was icing on the cake!

be aware that valet parking is $22 per day, self park in the back of the building is $13 per day with in and out privilages... Overall I loved the experience! Great rooms great furniture and great pool!

“Nice Value for the Price”

In Summary, I enjoyed my stay and would go back to this hotel. Most Hotels in LA charge for parking so get ready to pay. Check this hotel website for their current parking rates, but you might as well Valet ur vehicle. Cheaper parking in lot behind the hotel if you want a little stroll. Had buffet breakfast twice at their restaurant, they had an excellent variety of cold and hot items on the weekend, fresh fruits among other things and very courteous waiters. Actually all staff we encountered accross the hotel were polite. The beds are beyond comfortable and the facility was very clean. The gym had the basics so it got the Job done. Located right by the airport and has easy access to major highways. PS: not enough room in the tips section, so i am adding this here :) If you have the time and like water activities, take a day trip to Catalina Island. Take the Scenic cart ride around the island and then you have a lot of water activities for the rest of the day.
