“Stayed twice!”
The hotel may be old but convenience and location can make all the difference in the world. The movies, and several great restaurants are close-by and a local grocery store to. I had a room with a king size bed, in a no smoking area. It was great! I've requested the same room twice. I had a great view of the boat slip and the marina, the bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet, the room was very clean and service, getting more towels was also great! The pool and jacuzzi aren't in the best condition but again I stayed there with plans of doing outside activities. There is ample parking and felt very safe. The price is great! I would stay there again, again and again.
“Wonderful Honeymoon Location”
The hotel might not be the newest but in a fantastic location with tons of stuff to do in the area.

Super service, even late at night, when we needed a couple of extra pillows. I would stay again and recommend it to others. The parking lot was kinda different watch out for the barriers and the trees made it interesting.
“From Vegas to the ocean”
Very enjoyable stay. Good view. Easy beach access. Romantic get-away for a couple--which is what we did for a week. Quite a change from living in Las Vegas.

I am happy with my trip and the hotel was good with friendly and helpfull staff and the location of the hotel was centrally located which was what I was looking for

“Convenience Location Good Rates”
You get what you pay for. Don't expect the Beverly Whilshire at these prices. There were alot of pro and cons of staying here. Pros - Location! Everything is nearby! Shopping & Restaurants on the Marina across the street, and in nearby Naples and Belmont Shores's second street. There are two Movie Theaters both across PCH and across 2nd St. My room had a large semi-private balcony overlooking the Marina and on Sunday a weekly Farmer's Market and Art Show. The room is quite large compared to any other hotel. I also had the benefit of having my dog stay with me. The charge is better than most at $15 a day compared to $50 at all other hotels per stay. If you are staying less than 3 days consider this a bargain. Cons - I gave the hotel staff a 3 which would of been higher, except when I was literally yelled at by a clipboard carrying, 4 star hotel Manager want- a- be. For having my dog pee on a tarp carelessly left in the dead grassy area. Yes, I should of been watching him better, but wow I felt really bad because she kept going on about it! Seriously, she needs a class in attitude adjustments and customer service. I offered to rinse off the tarp. Also I had to park far from my room because they were filming a movie in the hotel of a 70's porn star. (Do I have to say anything else about the condition or upkeep of the hotel) It does remind me of stepping back in time but that's ok. The money I saved, view of Marina and location were ideal.
