“good service”

the location of the hotel is good. and the staff service is very good. what i want to appreciate is i left behind my baggage at hotel, i was found it when i was at LA airport, i did call to hotel and they reply the baggage is still at there, and pass to my friend to being to me, very thanks for that, i will stay the hotel again.

Clean room , short drive to SGV Chinatown restaurants and shops.

“Good for the price”

I was a little wary at first because I am a young woman who was staying in the area alone. When I arrived it was dark, so the neighborhood looked shady when I drove in. However, the hotel has an enclosed, brightly lit parking lot and that made me feel better. My room came with a kitchen, which was strange but interesting. The bed only had one sheet for warmth and the heater was extremely noisy. The room was fairly clean. The extra bolt on the door was broken off. Overall, I'd probably stay here again, considering it was so cheap.

Hotel was completely renovated & everything was new. The hotel was in a security courtyard and convinently location from Pasadena

The hotel is fine. If you are looking for a budget minded place to stay that is not a dump, this will work just fine.

“It is an average hotel.”

There was no blanket on the bed, only sheets and bedspread. We were not used to this. Also staff working in the office always wear pajamas. It did seem proper.

“Not a 4 star”

The hotel was recently renovated and was reasonably clean but the room was a bit different, no bathtub only a shower and the sink was noisy when it drained but for the money was alright. The hotel staff was helpful when things where needed. It was more of a one star trying to be a 2 star in my opinion.

“hotel you never go back”

the room is big enough but the air conditioner is crazy noisy sounds like a train. couldn't get to sleep at night when turn it on. the sink was leaking but no one fix it till we left. the security lock was broken.
