Clean and convenient
This place was nice and convenient for us as it was close to our family. Beds and bath were fine and had needed supplies. The small area with TV and the coffee, tea and microwave area worked for us as we were only 3 people and spent little time there.

Renovated place
Overall was great. The bath/shower is a bit a challenge to clime in and out. But I liked how clean and beautifully renovated it was. I asked to get a yard chair to be able to sit outside and the owner had it delivered within a couple of hours. That was really nice.

Lovely Stay
My friends and I had a wonderful stay. Checking in was very easy and Matthew answered any questions we had quickly. Parking was also very easy. The beds were extremely comfortable. One note, the common area is very small, but we managed to spend time there with four people comfortably. Also, there is no kitchen. There is a kitchenette with some appliances, but if you were planning on doing cooking, that’s very difficult. Overall, great stay.

Two night stay
We were in tie for a music festival in Long Beach. Quick easy Uber to downtown LBC. Two couples were able to have our own rooms, which made it way better than a hotel. Plus it was way more private than a hotel. It was perfect for our needs which was to give us a place to sleep and hang at night, since we did not spend much time there.

Matthew was a great host — very communicative; he messaged me a few times throughout our stay to check in and made sure we had everything we needed.
