Mon séjour c’est bien passé à part ma venue au montrose où j’ai rencontré des problèmes à peine arrivé ma douche cassée qu’on est venu me réparer avec du scotch et qui s’est recasse après et que j’ai remis moi-même ensuite grosse fuite d’eau au dessus des toilettes sa coulais de partout heureusement qu’on m’a changé et c’était pas toujours propre après le ménage les tasses à café mal rincé la table pas lavé il y avait du sucre en poudre encore enfin voilà pour ma première venu à Los Angeles j’ai été déçu

The so called VIP DRINK is a fault. Firstly they charged us with tax and then refunded me without the tax. The way they did the bill is to charge everything including the welcome drink and then refund the rge welcime drink charge separately and said it takes a few days to show the credit. So there will be two exchange charges to me. Do you think this is right to do billing.

We only get a welcome drink and also have he room we booked through Expedia, they don’t have any view at all, even the VIP we get a room back the back of the hotel. This is my excuse with Expedia booking. I think you need to improve this

Staff were brilliant and we loved our room. Pool was a little chilly in the evenings and the pool bar was closed which was a shame as we were told when we checked in it would be open but then later advised it’s too early in the season. Fridge on the room was a little noisy at night but nothing unbearable

The location was nice but the hotel was a little dated and musty. I thought it was weird that I had to ask for bedding for the pullout couch- the past few hotels provided extra bedding in the closet. The decor was fun and bathroom was clean, but the property would benefit from a refresh to get rid of the old smoke/water damage smell.

Amber was absolutely wonderful and so pleasant upon our arrival and throughout our stay here. She accommodated us with several things and answered our questions thoroughly. The entire staff was friendly and tended to us on a daily basis. We would definitely come back here--hopefully, there won't be any construction around the hotel area, which isn't their fault.

Lovely stay
Loved this hotel! The staff was lovely, the location was great, and the rooms were stylish, spacious, and clean. The valet parking is the only overnight parking option in the area, and it's pretty pricey at $65/night, but that was our only gripe. We'll be back!
