“Excellent Choice for Downtown LA.”

The old California ambience of th Millennium Biltmore Hotel was very much in evidence on my recent stay there. I remember having a wonderful steak dinner with creamed spinach at the old Biltmore Bowl in the 1940's which impressed me as a young boy. The atmosphere is still there and so is the service. On leaving there was a huge party checking out and all the regular suitcase porters were busy. A very nice young woman named Theresa came up to help as there was lots of luggage to bring down. It turned out that she was working the front desk! That is what I call above and beyond the expected and that is what makes a great hotel.

“I miss LA!”

what a wonderful experience! Went to enjoy concert @ Pershing Sq. & needed a place to stay overnight. We were treated like VIP's & allowed to roam through the hotel (self-tour)w/staff happy to talk of the history of Biltmore! Saul @ Bistecca was attentive & charming. We can't wait to go back to Biltmore & make it a longer stay!

“Top of the Line”

I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel. The service was top of the line, room very nice, food in the restaurants excellent. The history inside this hotel, the pictures, indoor pool, make it a very exciting stay. Location is great and we had a wonderful stay.

“a grand hotel with an interesting history”

This hotel was beautiful. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful. We had booked 2 rooms, and one was very small while the other was large. So, the only complaint at all was the size of the smaller room. For an overnight stay it really didn't matter but for a longer stay it would have felt pretty cramped. We asked the concierge for suggestions of local sights and he was extremely helpful, also providing us with some papers about the history of the hotel which we found fascinating.

“Magnificent grand old hotel”

Just came back from a weekend stay at this hotel, with a friend. Fabulous grand older hotel, impecably maintained. Great live music in the bar on Friday night (Latin Jazz). Friendly service; allowed a late check-out. Convenient to the jewelry district; a rather long walk to the fabric district. Would stay here again.
