“3 Star Hotel with 5 Star Service”

What it may lack in newness it makes up for in location, style and service. Only 40 rooms with lots of extra amenities compared to other rooms in this price range, the service would compare to the best of the best in any 5 star resort. To a person, the staff was cordial and professional and attentive. Our suite was clean and nicely decorated with HUGE rooms, fully stocked kitchen, and a very comfortable queen size sofa bed. Our teenage daughter enjoyed the free DVD access to new releases, and the 24 hr access to the pool. Parking was the best rate of any we've found, and the best part was we could just leave the car and walk to most everything. Graumann's, Kodak Theatre, Hollywood at Highland shopping center, the Jimmy Kimmel Show, the Hollywood Bowl, tour buses, and the Castle's own magic show performances were all within 2 blocks. We drove the coast of California from Sausalito to San Diego on this trip, and the Magic Castle was our favorite of all the hotels we stayed in. We're telling everyone we know about this place, and we're definitely going back.

“Positionnement stratégique”

Un hotel parfaitement situé à quelques mètres à pieds du fameux Walk of fame. Idéal pour une première visite à Los Angeles la situation est idéale. Nous avons profité de l'emplacement pour visiter la ville et les alentours (à 5kms de Rodéo Drive et Beverly Hills).

“The best place to stay in Hollywood”

I cannot speak highly enough of the wonderful staff at this Hotel,they are super friendly and so extremely helpful.The welcome was superb(especially the delish cold drink).They take care of you down to the smallest detail,tucking back your feather duvet at night and leaving little chocolates on the bed.The room was spotless and very comfortable,great shower and the bathroom goodies were yummi.I was so lucky to enjoy some swimming in heated pool,it was also great.Breakfast poolside was also a treat,coming from Winter in NZ,the Magic Hotel met all our needs 100%.We cant wait to go back.

This hotel is brilliant and really made our stay enjoyable. Nothing too much trouble for the very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent variety and quality of breakfast food (items being replenished all the time so no rushing down early to make sure you get what you want before it runs out. Walking distance to Chinese Theatre and subway/buses. Highly recommended!

“Accueil fantastique”

Hotel très bien situé, 5 min à pieds du théatre chinois et du walk of fame. Proche de restos.Accès métro direct pour Universal Studio. Chambre très spacieuse avec salon et cuisine. Petite piscine chauffée très agréable. L'accueil est incroyable, ils sont toujours souriants et prêts à vous aider et conseiller! Hotel à recommander!(Attention chambre côté rue bruyante)

“Good Hotel,Great Location - well worth considering!”

A good hotel,in a great location(if you want to stay in Hollywood) at a fair price!Parking is very reasonable - although not valet(which i dont like anyway)Staff are very polite and attentive without being in your face and also unusually for the USA breakfast is included. Hence this is the second time i have stayed at this hotel and when/if i return to LA,this will be my first choice hotel!

I stayed at the Magic Castle Hotel for 5 nights for the second time and will definitely go there the next year. Very good location, close to Hollywood boulevard, subway and buses which goes to the main location of Los Angeles like Universal Studio, Farmer's Market, Beverly Hills, Westwood.... Close to the hotel there is a huge park called the Runyon Canyon Park where peaple can go for jogging but most of all there is a magnificient panoramic wiew of Los Angeles. The staff of the hotel is so friendly and helpful asking everytime if all is fine. The room is clean and very convenient. The hotel gives access to the Magic Castle Hotel which is reserved only to members and magicians but for the peaple staying at the hotel they can make a reservation to assist to a magic show.

I highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again. Rooms were clean Bed was very very comfortable. Staff was fantastic. We had map quest maps for places we were going and they reviewed them for us and gave us copies of maps they had with much better directions. They were great. They offered us a stack of carry out menus for places that delivered to the hotel when we got in late one night and wanted delivery. The carry out services were great for this area. Hotel is in great location. Walked to hollywood blvd everyday - very short walk-less than a block and right at the chinese theater where the tours depart from. Very centrally located. Very secure and well lit. Pool open 24 hours. (quiet pool time 9p-9a).

“Great service, great location”

There are so many things to do around the place, which is a major plus, but just staying at the hotel was amazing. The staff was attentive and they have a decent DVD library and free mini-bar! Good stuff.
