“Great location”
We were looking for a hotel that had access to the Santa Monica beach and wasn't overly priced. The room was great and the view is beautiful from the pool deck.
“Great Hotel/Great Location”
The room was great, we got upgraded to an ocean/pool view room at check-in. The hotel itself is well located and within very easy walking distance of shopping and restaurants.
“Beautiful hotel and perfect location!!!”
This was a great hotel, I would stay there again. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed it very much
“Santa Monica”
The hotel was Great! There are several local restraunts to eat at just down the street, i recommend the little italian place next to the antique shop. The fire pits looking over the beach on the pool patio were my favorite. The location is great! I enjoyed!
“Would definately recommend”
After flying into LA following our wedding in Australia my wife and I were hopeful that the Santa Monica Loews Hotel was going to offer us some comfort and luxury for a couple of days during our stopover on the way back to the UK. We were travelling with our 2 year old son and were all tired from the flight. From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were treated with the high level of hospitalitly we have come to expect from Californians and were also immdiately impressed with the stunning views of Santa Monica beach and pier from the hotel lobby and bars. The rooms were very comfortable and they provided a cot, some relaxing baby moisturising cream and a bedtime music CD for our little boy. The hotel is perfectly located for a stroll down to the famous pier and a walk into town for shopping and restaurants galore. In the evening we stayed in the hotel bar for happy hour with our son asleep in his stroller. The food, cocktails and atmosphere were great and we were only charged happy hour prices despite ordering additional drinks after happy hour. Overall the hotel exceeded expectations in all areas. The only downside was that the receptionist was unable to help me source a UK plug adaptor to charge my phone.
