“Cal trip”
Very nice upscale hotel.
“I ALWAYS ENJOY STAYING AT CENTURY PLAZA”
I have stayed at this hotel about 4 times over the last couple of years. Sometimes the check-in is pleasant & efficient, sometimes not. This time Ryan was excellent. Friendly & cordial & quick in checking me in after the self-check-in did not work. I always appreciate efficiency, and when it's accompanied by a sincere friendliness, that's a MAJOR plus. One area that is ALWAYS a plus is Room Service. I always order in, and the person taking my order on the phone, and the person delivering my order are superb...courteous and affable. I have come to expect the best from this department, and I have always experienced it...and the food is always excellent! I will continue to patronize this hotel and have recommended it to others staying on LA's westside.
“Stay Again”
Good location and very helpful staff.
“Wonderful Experience”
The hotel was amazing. The best hotel by far that I have stayed in. The only thing that there no street parking by the hotel so we were forced to pay for valet parking which was $33 every 24 hr period plus tip with in & out privileges and they had a self parking area that cost $24 every 24 hr period with no in & out privileges. So you pretty much have to pay for valet because we have to tour all of L.A. but other than that the hotel was great.
“CENTURY PLAZA ALWAYS DELIVERS”
This is about the 3rd time i've stayed here this year. Just happens to be close in proximity to my workplace. I am able to attend events at my work and rather than face a long drive home, i am able to book a room at the Century Plaza just for the one night...so convenient to have a high-class hotel so close. Of course, this time i booked in August, and their price was up $70.00, Ugh! The check-in service was friendly. The room was clean and the bed--oh, so comfortable! Normally i order room service--love their hot apple pie a la mode! But this time I did not. When i mentioned to my colleagues that i had booked a room there, all of them were impressed!! Love this hotel!
“Lovely hotel”
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay which was definitely due to the fantastic service from every staff member I dealt with. I was checked in by a lovely lady (I believe her name was Colleen) who said she would try and find us a nice room however I believe she actually upgraded us because we received a double room overlooking the pool. She also offered us late check-out free of charge. Our room was spacious and comfortable and well maintained given the age of the hotel. I also frequently visited the concierge desk and was served by a different person each time. Every one of them was helpful, honest and friendly. It's hard to find a hotel in LA which is going to be close to everything, but the location of Hyatt Regency being across the road from Westfield meant all the amenities I needed were right there (post office, a good quality grocer, major shops). While I was extremely satisfied, I was fortunate enough to get a very good price on my hotel stay and so the service I received is pretty much expected of a hotel of that class/price/calibre. Even so, it is fantastic that this hotel's service actually lives up to these expectations.
“Good hotel in great location”
Enjoyed our stayed at the hotel very much. The rooms were airy and clean. The hotel is in a convenient area just behind the Century City Shopping Mall and not far away from other attractions such as Santa Monica beach, Rodeo Drive etc... Yet despite of its central location, it is located away from traffic and noise.
“Great Hotel”
Great hotel, great service, great room. Awesome views of LA from balcony. The restaurant in the hotel was ok, although the food was good, there are so many other restaurants in the area that are far better.
“Awesome”
the swimming pool wasn't as impressive as the pictures, but the room was comfortable and staff was friendly. I would go back.
“Looking forward to my next stay.”
Myexperience was nothing but positive, srvce and staff excellent professional and riendly. The room was lovelyand everyone couldn't do enough to make me feel welcome. The area was grat and the entire grounds ad are of the hotel were beautiful and clean. I ate numerous times at the various restaurants and each meal was better than the last......My next trip to LA will include my stay at the Hyatt Regecy Century Plaza....Wish that it was tomorrow!
