BLVD 16, the hotel's restaurant, celebrates the diverse flavors of American regional cooking utilizing locally grown ingredients. The adjacent bar features a wine menu with 125 labels. A wine reception is held nightly in the hotel living room.
In-room spa services include massage, facials, and hand and foot treatments (surcharge). Complimentary yoga accessories are provided to complement the full array of health and fitness channels available on guestroom TVs. A fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment is available 24 hours a day, as are a business center and in-room dining. Wireless Internet access is complimentary throughout the hotel and guestrooms.

Hotel Palomar Los Angeles guestrooms are decorated in a rich color scheme of taupes, charcoal grays, and chocolate browns. Other amenities include bathrobes, spa toiletries, newspapers, turndown service (on request), and laptop-size safes. Suites also feature Fuji spa tubs.

“Modern, hip joint with dogs allowed”
It's a great, modern hotel--similar to the W, located on Wilshire, just walking distance from UCLA...it's really a hidden gem, as even most Los Angelians don't even know it's there still...young, hip crowd and animals equally welcomed; only complaint was on New Year's Eve there was a toast and promised champagne, but none given out--I told the front desk and they were surprised....

The hotel was great, the only thing is that the tv was not working properly... We did not ask to change it, if we would asked it, I am sure that they would have fixed it... So I would recomand this hotel

Great Westside location. The hotel is stylish, modern and very comfortable. Staff is very attentive.
“Super convenient”
It was a quick visit, so I wanted a really convenient West LA location that would allow me to easily range from Santa Monica to mid-Wilshire without a car. The Hotel Palomar's "exotic" decoration scheme is a little over the top for me (I like a more minimalist approach), but the room was spacious, had a nice view, and was well appointed in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and audio-visual technology. Chilled out, eclectic, contemporary tunes in the comfortable lobby area. The Palomar's location near Westwood Village, and proximity to public transport and a variety of arts and cultural institutions, made for a wonderful visit. Being able to walk to UCLA and its surrounding amenities was a definite plus. Also liked the fact that there was always a taxi at the cab stand nearby. Found the hotel staff to be friendly, helpful, and professional. Didn't get to try the hotel's restaurant / room service because it's so close to other options. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and I will definitely consider this place for my next long or short visit.

I've stayed at several Kimpton Hotels and have always enjoyed my stay. Hotel Palomar was no exception.

I was very pleased with the hotel!! The staff was kind and considerate. I would definately go back next time I'm in LA!!!
“Can't Wait To Go Back!!”
Stayed here this past weekend, they were still in their Grand Opening phase, and had only been open for a few weeks. I can't say enough about how friendly the staff were, from the valets to the desk staff to the managers! There is a free wine hour every night in the lobby, which is a nice touch... there are also sodas and water available. There's coffee/tea in the mornings too. The rooms have great plasma TV's and animal print robes and pajamas available in the closets! The location is great, you can walk into Westwood Village for food/movies/entertainment. The only complaint I had about the hotel is the $30.00/day charge for parking, which seemed a little steep, even in LA. But we got a fabulous deal on the room so I didn't mind paying that extra parking fee. I can't wait to go back and stay again!!!

our stay was extremly pleasant and we enjoyed it very much. Perfect Location to visit Hollywood and the key LA attractions Staff was very helpful and friendly - we liked their complementary lemonade a lot :-)
