Got there 30 min before “standard” check in at 4. Tried to make us pay 20 dollars for early check in. We waited on the rooftop for 30 min so we didn’t have to pay the 20 dollar early check in fee. The rooftop had a sign that stated “the best view in Beverly Hills” if they meant the best view of the neighboring apartment complex’s backyard and some billboards then they were right. We were unable to get into the building after hours with the access code, the keypad wasn’t working. The front desk girl watched us attempt several times and when we asked if she could just open the door for us she or her finger up as in wait, and then opened it. Overall poor experience, will not be staying here again.

Old, outdated and overpriced. Room had flashing light constantly going on and sounds of crying children piercing walls all around us.

Our room has many issues which were ultimately handled by the supervisor. However it made the trip a bit inconvenient (we were moved 2 times during a 4 night stay).

I enjoyed my stay - originally had a 2 queen bed combo for my room. After notified of having our ESA with us for this trip, the room was reduced to a single bed where me and my plus one had to share the bed. Other than that, my stay was clean and well maintained. A little bit of transparency on the room shifting before hand would have been appreciated and most appropriate in my opinion. What if i was residing with a co-worker or worse, my boss? I enjoyed my stay nonetheless. If i paid for 2 beds, I'd enjoy BOTH beds.

It's a really basic hotel room. No housekeeping service which is ok for me but the front door code doesn't work most of the time. Some of the night shift staffs are not helpful at all. I guess you get what you pay.

The room was extremely small and we never found the elevator, the headboard was like pealing/old and it’s an additional cost ($30 per day) for parking. BUTTTT the price was significantly cheaper and it was in a great location. Overall we would recommend for a short stay.

We arrives at 3:27 and was told check in wasn’t until 4. We were told we could go to the Italian restaurant on site for drinks while we waited and that the front desk would hold our luggage. We went to the restaurant and ordered 2 sodas with no refills and was charged $12. Went to Check in at 4 and it took 38 mins to get our luggage and room code.

Dear Expedia Team, I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to inform you that I did not stay at the Beverly Terrace due to an issue upon arrival. Unfortunately, they could not locate my reservation and gave me a hard time, creating an unpleasant experience. Moreover, the hotel's condition appeared unsafe and did not meet the standards portrayed in the pictures. Given these circumstances, I opted to book an alternative hotel through Expedia.

In a good location near lots of bars and restaurants. Rooms are small but that's the trade off for a better value over other hotels in the area. Furnishings are showing some wear and we had a maintenance issue with the air conditioner that staff was able to resolve by moving to a new room.

The smell in the room was so offensive. It smelled like someone dumped a gallon of black market cleaning supplies over the whole room to cover up a smell that can only be described as a man’s armpits if he sweat pee out. The parking is $30/day by valet (so, more with tips) otherwise you will be walking at lease a quarter mile to the closest legal street parking. The shower had great pressure though!

It was ok. Daytime staff was very helpful when a fuse blew in my room. But, my code didn’t work to get into the hotel and it took a while for the front desk person to come let me in. Later I had some food delivered and when I went downstairs to pick up my food, I asked the front desk not to leave because my code didn’t work. Was outside maybe 5-7 mins, I turn around to come in and he was gone. Banged on the door a few times, then was let in.
