“Very Impressed”

We were very satisfied with out stay, it was very close to everything. The only thing that didnt work while we were there was the hot tub jets. Otherwise it was awesome!

Room is clean and comfortable...the desk clerks are very accommodating and helpful. Overall we had a very pleasant stay .

“Had to have a hotel in a hurry & booked this one”

Good location. Right off the freeway. Close to LGB airport. Close to downtown. Very clean, comfortable, spacious, air-conditioned room with non-smoking and king-size bed option. Quick and friendly check-in and check-out process. Below-ground parking available with elevator access to each hotel floor. Did not take advantage of the pool but there are many amenities. Reasonably priced.

Holiday Inn, What more can I say... great service, Kept my truck there while in Avalon and felt very safe and secure doing so. Always sleep well while staying at a Holiday Inn

“Good experience”

I had a good experience. I got a non-smoking room which was cleanly and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. They have a shuttle which goes close to the convention center, or the beach (I think). It's not too far walking distance so I never took it, but it's nice.

“A great place to stay.”

The staff of the Hotel especially Justin, was very accomidating to my families needs. The resteraunt inside the Hotel was very affordable and the staff was awesome

“It's all good”

Normally, I stay in mostly high end hotels, but because of friends choosing to ecomomize on this particular trip, I chose this property. I was very impressed with the upkeep of the property and the quality of service. I would stay here again.

“Good Value”

Although this hotel was a great value it was quite a distance from the wharf area. The hotel did provide a shuttle service to the area, which we had no knowledge of at the time of making our reservation. The added feature of the shuttle service made our stay more comfortable in not having to deal with driving and parking our vehicle. I have already recommended this hotel to a friend who frequently visits the Long Beach area.

“Beautiful Room”

The room was absolutely beautiful and although I did not take advantage of the Pillow Menu, I was thrilled that they offered it. I felt like I was at a 5 star hotel but paying only 1 star prices. Very sophisticated room with nice bedding and amenities. The location is not the greatest but very close to all Long Beach amenities including Convention Center and downtown.

“Great Restuarant at Hotel”

Not in the best part of town, but has an exceptional restaurant with very large breakfast portions. Rooms were very clean.
