Pros: THE BED!!
Cons: MAKE SURE THAT WHEN A GUESS RESERVEDS OR ASKEDS FOR SPECIAL STUFF TO HAVE IT FOR THEM OR IF YOUR NOT GETTING THE ROOM YOU BOOKED AN FRONT DESK SHOULD

It was nice to be able to check in , it would of been nice if the front desk would of explained the breakfast voucher, an I asked for two queen beds got two full beds ,I asked for a roller bed never got there, ,servers at the restaurant seem like they didn't to be there they dropped of my food never came back to ask if everything was ok no water refill food was ok a bit greasy. we did love the beds very comfy .

Security guard decided to knock on my door in the middle of the night and attempt to open it, due to a noise complaint that I made that was coming from another room

Great location. Very close to the Long Beach Airport. Horrible staff. Very basic hotel. Comfortable and clean. Very comfy beds. Would stay there again.

Staff are rude, food is awful, out of robes, complimentary coffee only from 5:30 am -7:30 am. Didn't expect this from a Holiday Inn since every other I've stayed at has been good. Since this was a last minute trip to Long Beach, other hotels under $200 were booked.

Can't sleep near the 405 FWY

Cons: Sound proofing the rooms more. Maybe put double pane windows to also minimize the noise coming from outside.
Location: Good access to the FWY That's for sure. Long Beach only a ten min. Drive
Staff was nice and the room was decent size for me, my wife and 2 kids. But good luck trying to get any sleep. Lakewood Blvd. Is a busy street, and then the 405 FWY is next to the property as well, so constant traffic noise. If you do decide to stay..bring ear plugs.

Not for me

Upon check-in, the front desk asked me to initial their "NO SMOKING AND NO PARTYING" policy.... This should have been my first clue. We get into our room and there is an overwhelming smell of ashtray.... What do you do with that $250 fine you charge someone for smoking? It's not used to deep clean the room, obviously. Every single lamp was unplugged as well as the TV.... But thank goodness that clock was plugged in to light our way around the room with the wrong time! The elevator was old and rickety. This place: not for me.
