Cons: Communications between expedia booking systems and holiday inn booking systems
We booked for 4 people including breakfast. When we checkin, Hotel staff gave us breakfast vouchers for only 2 people. We showed them our expedia booking mail in which our breakfast was included. Hotel staff said that in his system only appears two breakfast, so he can not honored the way the booking was made. I asked him to sell me the other two breakfast and he said me that he can not sell me them. The room was noisy and not well cleaned.

Pros: Parking convenience, close to freeway
Cons: Cleanliness, improve customer service- verbal communication skills
Location: places to eat were close. Room service available, but food was lukewarm and bagel over microwaved.
Found dirty socks from previous visit on floor. Dirty q tip found next to bed, no microwave in room. Striped carpet made room feel as if on an angle, dizziness effect. Hotel receptionist was indifferent, never greeted or welcomed us to the hotel. As I was checking in, the receptionist was informing a patron who had to be in his 60's about no parties in the room, there could have been a more professional way to indicate this to someone of his age, he was not 20.

Pros: I liked the bar and happy hour offerings. Servers were nice and the drinks and food were fairly priced and good.
Cons: I did not like how the housekeeper barged in when I was getting dressed.
Location: It was close to the airport and Carnival Cruise Port, so that worked out well.
I did not get two passes to the complimentary breakfast that is offered to Holiday Inn guests at check-in, so I ended up having to pay $ 33 extra for breakfast when it should have been provided to me. For $ 170 a night, I think the breakfast should be included.

Cons: EVERYTHING!!!
Location: STAY AT HYATT PIKE, LONG BEACH... VERY, VERY, NOCE.... SAME PRICE.... NOT DECEIVING!!!!
Don't stay here!!!! This place looked good,,,, however... it was not! Soooooooooo disappointed! Run down, stinky, hair in tub (really?), and got a bite on my foot 2 minutes in! Gross! Will be contacting Expedia! The photos of the place are from long ago! In the elevator, they noted an update is coming.... however, forgot to mention this on the web site, pictures were beautiful... not true!!!!!! .

For the price I paid I would have expected more. I have paid less at other places and received a lot more. I was disappointed. the room was small. The bathroom was even smaller. I wouldn't come here again.

Would defiantly stay here again!

Staff was super nice. Very clean room, loved the white sheets btw! The wifi worked amazingly fast I loved it!! I do think the breakfast buffet could bit a little better with more options to choose from but other than that I loved my stay!

Cons: MAKE SURE THAT WHEN A GUESS RESERVEDS OR ASKEDS FOR SPECIAL STUFF TO HAVE IT FOR THEM OR IF YOUR NOT GETTING THE ROOM YOU BOOKED AN FRONT DESK SHOULD

It was nice to be able to check in , it would of been nice if the front desk would of explained the breakfast voucher, an I asked for two queen beds got two full beds ,I asked for a roller bed never got there, ,servers at the restaurant seem like they didn't to be there they dropped of my food never came back to ask if everything was ok no water refill food was ok a bit greasy. we did love the beds very comfy .
