Cons: Microwave. That's honestly the only thing I can think of that they need to have.

Nice hotel, could use a jacuzzi, but I knew they did not have one when I booked. I forgot my shaving cream at home, the front desk had a complimentary can of shaving cream & razor sent to my room for free. I forgot that some hotels still serve their guest!

Staff very Friendly and clean environment we stay once a week and always have a very good experience. Jesus at the restaurant is always very friendly and fast.

Better than expected

Was just looking for cheap clean hotel and that's what we got. It was actually a little nicer than I expected. Very clean and had nice fixtures. The Skye bar n grill was a nice bonus, lovely view!

Nice front desk staff , room issues LITTLE PRICEY

Fund the staff was nice and informative. Room at a couple pieces of garbage around the bed, couple hairs in the tub, and the highway noise was little to much. FOR $140 A NIGHT - expect $140 night experience!!!!!!!

employee name Manny at the front desk not courteous call me some name. Rooms carpet is really old and worn out. It is noisy too you can hear the noise from the motorist outside. its also hard to go inside the parking u need to make a u turn.

friendly and understanding staff

we stayed during a particular hot streak in the LA area. When we discovered that the air conditioner in our room did not work the staff was more than happy to accommodate us with another room that have a working air conditioner and they even offered us a discount towards a second night stay! Overall it was one of the best hotel stays we've had in recent times.
