Great location, great view of city area.

The location, view at night, cute little balcony and room was very nice. The only weird thing is the shower, couldn't figure it out at first. You have to pull the ring attached to the faucet.

Cons: Overall, everything. From staff to hotel appearance
Location: LA Convention center is nearby
When I arrived there, hotel staff could not find my reservation that I had done earlier that day. I took nearly 4 hours later for me to check in. The room was dirty, the couch had stains, the room also smelled bad. This hotel needs renovations asap. It's my first time staying at this hotel, and the last one.

Forgetful staff. Asked room to be cleaned and restricted several times but staff did not.

Nice hotel, close to freeway, airport, business.

Great overall experience...hotel was very quiet, which was unexpected, considering it was New Year's Eve. The only negative was that the curtain in the bedroom would not fully close and it was so bright in the room I felt as if I slept with the lights on!

Extremely noisy room from road noise

Had to sleep with earplugs to keep out the noise from the busy roads five stories below. Plus this place charged me four dollars for the small bottle of water in my room--which I thought was free (no signs about cost, just an unexplained charge to my credit card that I had to call about to see what it was for). Will never choose this hotel again.

深夜のチェックインでしたがとても明朗な対応をしてくれました! 部屋は3人でやや小さめでしたが問題無し。冷蔵庫があり便利でした。
