Incredible staff. We had an issue with our shower and we were promptly moved to another room without too much hassle on our end. Parking and breakfast are included

Property is very nice and clean. Good free breakfast. Free parking. The area doesn't look safe or nice, but if you are driving not an issue.

The please is very clean and nice. same with all the hotel team - they friendly and helpful. we enjoined the breakfast and the kids like that as well

The hotel itself was excellent all around, there was always homeless people hanging out in front of the hotel but there's not much that the hotel themselves can do about that.

Property was nice and great service however the area is ugly dirty loud noise and very unsafe with a lot of homeless around the area not safe to walk around.The hotel was the only nice thing in that area so that fooled me

Overall, the hotel is good for its value. Room is clean and roomy. Breakfast buffet with good choices of food. The daytime staff at the front desk and dinning area are friendly and helpful. The only negative was the night shift front desk staff - not visible, unfriendly, with “I don’t care” attitude.

Did not have much vegetarian options, since same spoons used to handle eggs, bacon and potatoes and vegetables. Had to manage with bread and fruits, yogurt. If eggless pancakes are provided it would be acceptable for all. Thanks

Nice but…
The Holiday Inn is nice and clean and also has some nice amenities but there are some factors to consider. First off it is located in Glendale but the challenging part of it. This means there are interesting people walking around at all hours and police sirens at all hours. Secondly you can hear the guests above you walking around. I believe it is a typical walk but the thin floors and ceilings make it sound way worse. My wife and I had terrible sleep for our stay. Also the air conditioner in the room is a bit on the loud. I feel bad writing this review but you should know these things before staying there. Otherwise it was very clean, very good breakfast spread and free parking. Hope this helps.

there is no a bathtub and looks unsafe around this hotel. Not recommended to walk around the hotel.

Disgusting Hotel do not recommend
This hotel was so run down and the smell was just overwhelming of Marijuanna and mold. We ended up getting moved rooms and the room we were moved too was just as bad if not worse the bathrooms were all molded out. We called for towels and a guy that had a badge of some sort I'm assuming security is the one who brought it up. The whole stay was horrible and I will never be returning.

We like that was a quiet place to sleep, also their service and breakfast. The only thing I noticed was a stains on one of the beds skirts.

The staff were very nice, when we asked for a air freshener they brought us a bottle of cleaner and left it. The smell was like moldy carpet. The neighborhood is extremely unsafe for families. Parking is tight and narrow.
