its a nice place and there services nor facilities. But there is a need to improve there staff services and orientation. Over all stay and experience is so great and perfect.

“Great experience”

I found the hotel very comfortable, room was clean, staff was super nice, very helpful and friendly. I loved the van service, it ran me to the store, airport and really would have taken me anywhere within reason. The location was perfect for Burbank, loved walking all around, lots of stores, malls, movies close by.

“Clean and affordable hotel with free parking!!!”

I was impressed with the speedy check in and check out. The hotel room was super clean, quiet, and very spacious. Shopping and dining were within walking distance. The swimming pool was huge and well maintained. The gym had state of the art equipment that were fun to use. The room had a nice view especially at night. The bed was so comfortable that I wished we had stayed there longer. Coming from San Francisco, I appreciated the free parking very much. It was a pleasure staying in this hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

“Excellent Hotel!!”

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with my family and we loved it. The staff are very nice and helpful, the room was very clean, and comfortable, and the hotel itself has a great location. With downtown LA, and several other tourist spots just a few minutes away, to a full out mall just a block away. Overall it was amazing and I would definitely stay again.

“My L.A. stopover”

What a pleasant surprise! I always travel on a tight budget, and I am used to shall we say, corners being cut. BUT! this hotel punches well above its weight. The staff are pleasant and professional, and do a great job. My room and the rest of the hotel were spotless. Nice big quiet room with a view. Free secure parking. Easy freeway access, and an uncongested part of LA. Only minutes to the heart of the San Fernando Valley and Hollywood. That is where I will stay in LA from now on!

“Holiday Inn Burbank media center”

We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Burbank The hotel is in a great location close to most of the things we wanted to do. The furniture in the rooms is a little dated but the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff at this hotel is excellent, they are very friendly and helpful. The hotel also has a nice parking garage and it is free for guests which is a great perk. I would definately stay here if I was to return to the area.

“Great experience for the money, good location”

The Holiday Inn Media Center at Burbank is an excellent location if you want to experience Los Angeles, but not be in the middle of all the traffic. The amenties at the Holiday Inn exceeded my expectations of a "Holiday Inn".

Our trip was to visit family in California, the hotel was very conveniently located close to them. Basically we had a lot to do and a lot to see, so we were only at the hotel to sleep, change, shower etc. Bed was comfortable and staff was always pleasant and friendly, check in and out were a breeze.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel the staff were very kind and thoughtful...from the people at the desk to the ones in the restaurant and it all helped to make it a very relaxed visit.

Great Location, Close to many different sites and attractions for families on vacation! Saved money with the hotel's complimentary guest parking. Parking garage was clean and literally just steps away from the main door. Rooms were very nice, comfy, and clean. Great Value and Friendly staff. Overall experience A+
