“Great place to sta!”
Fantastic place to be with a very comfortable room and terrific service throughout the day with the scheduled bus to and from Universal.
“Surprised!!”
Room was good and location was close to Universal Studios. Very disappointed that the only restaurant in the hotel did not provide refill for drinks when you choose to have the breakfast buffet. Also I did not know that the hotel would charge 15 dollars a day for parking.

very comfortable, nice pool area although a bit small, great location for universal with transfers. cost extra to park car.

Very comfortable. I thought it unnecessary to charge $15 for overnight parking however.

Outstanding ! The room was clean and comfortable. THe hotel was walking distance from Universal Studios. The restaurant was also very good.
“Great Hotel in Great Central Location”
I chose this hotel due to the location mostly. It was close to Universal Studios and a subway ride away from the Hollywood Blvd. There was a great shuttle to both. Hotel was clean and nice.

This hotel was excellent. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. The room service was delicious. The pool had a beautiful fireplace that was lit at night. The style of the hotel was unique and very tasteful. I would recommend staying here. Families, singles, couples, business people- definitely a place to check out! It is moments away from Universal and it is close to the Metro. Also, the hotel bar was very classy and had a very nice ambiance. I had a wonderful experience and would love to return in the future.

The hotel staff was professional and friendly and the overall ambiance of the hotel was perfect. The rooms were tastefully done, clean, and quiet. The courtyard was beautiful and very "old Hollywood". As impressed as we were with the hotel, nothing compares to the restaurant! We had breakfast there every morning, yum, and we tried different restaurants at night and decided to eat at the hotel on our last night and it was the best meal we had.
“Didn't want to leave”
Loved this hotel. The pool was fantastic - open till 10:00 pm. Restaurant very nice with outside patio, great breakfast buffet and nice dinners (good vegetarian choices), very nice martinis. Great location in North Hollywood, close to Universal Studios and not far from Hollywood Blvd. Comfy beds with lots of pillows. All staff really exceptionally nice - in hotel, maids, restaurant, gift shop.
