The lighting in the room was very dim, AC did not work, this is probably the only hotel that did not have Netflix only Chromecast so if your phone is compatible you can't connect to the TV.

All of the above. only problem was the strong smell of bleach in the hallway & room. My sister & I became nauseous & got a headache. i was fine once smell disappeared. Unfortunately she was sick the rest of the afternoon & evening which kept her from enjoying herself at our niece’s wedding.

Staff was excellent through out the state and national disaster emergencies during our stay. Our heat went out for 24 hrs and we were supplied with extra blankets and a portable heater. Again, staff, engineers, valet parking were especially attentive with my handicap condition.

Always a great stay in Pasadenas Hilton.
We like to get away for a day or 2 here and there to relax and Hilton is always a great stay overall. the area and CS at front desk are always a pleasure. Terry and Eli are amazing!
