Awesome. Great staff helpful. Clean rooms. Not great soundproof rooms. Can hear next door noise and doors shutting in the halls

“Awesome client experience and great location”

This hotel exceeded our expectations from the moment we walked up to the entrance and was greeted. The individual at the check in desk was outstanding, providing us lots of advice on both Universal Studio but also the hotel's ammenities. They also ensured that we had a connected room for our children. The only issue was in the hotel's dining room at breakfast. Two of waiters seemed to be having a disagreement in front of the diners in the room. It made us and our children feel very uncomfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a treat. We had a room facing the highway but couldn't hear it. I would stay there again for sure!

“Great hotel, with only 1 drawback, everything is tips, so bring $$”

Fantastic, clean, with great service & a free shuttle to Universal Studios running about every 15 minutes. Only down side was, everything was tips, so bring small bills, but a great vacation hotel, for a great visit to Universal Studios.

The hotel was absolutely amazing. Great view, Great service, friendly people, the restaurant serves a variety of delicious food. THe location is great and the pool area rocks!

Over our fall trip we stayed in four different hotels, expecting the last (high end Las Vegas) to be the most impressive. We were wrong. The Universal Hilton provided the best experience by far. The hotel was spotless, staff friendly and helpfull and the room fantastic. Only gripe we had was the $15/day self parking charge, this could have been provided with room charge.

Hotel was great, staff was friendly, the only complaint would be that they didn't have a free computer to use in the lobby. Good location and was easy to get to all the events we wanted to. Close to the metro so you can save money on taxis, shuttles, etc.
