“Very comfy”

Loved the view from our room window. Huge window overlooking Universal Studios and mountains. Very comfortable bed & pillows. The room was very nice and cozy. The shuttle to and from Universal Studios was excellent and convenient, especially after an entire day at the theme park - the shuttle back to the hotel was heaven. Loved it!

Great place to stay. Walking distance to Universal City, but I recommend taking the shuttle. We had a nice weekend there.

Great place to stay if you're going to Universal Studios. The shuttle comes every 10 to 15 minutes. Everybody was pleasant and the service was great. Close to the freeway. Had a great time!!!

My family enjoyed staying there. Great breakfast buffet, great view from 14th floor to Universal Studio. Short walking distance from hotel to Universal Studio, however the shuttle services was provided from hotel.

What a lovely hotel - and the people were so friendly - the staff at the front desk were very helpful - The hotel is super close to Universal studios - definitely within walking distance (but there is a shuttle too)

“Great Service, Clean Hotel”

We were very happy with this hotel. The assistant manager checked us in. She was pleasant and helpful.(We had chosen to self-park and she told us where to park so we were the close to the hotel.) Our room was immaculate, large and we had a great view. We will definitely return.

“Nice location, nice seafood buffet”

Stayed for one night only, enjoyed two days at Universal Studio and great seafood buffet. Parking policy is generous. Will be back!
