The hotel lacked maintenance, for example room 127 the restroom door doesn’t lock, the shower door rolls open on its own so you have to stick a towel to keep it close.
Unlike the other Hilton hotel’s I’ve stayed at, they do not provide complimentary breakfast and charge 10 dollars a person for bread and spread. If you’re going to book at a Hilton, I suggest the Hilton suites in Downey. This location is just not great.
The room next door kept their adjoining door open and had the TV on all night. Kept hearing loud people walking down the hallway.
The heater was making noise, had to put something against it to make it stop rattling.

Lighting in bathroom and overall is terrible. No fans in bathroom. No robes in room, or atleast not the one I was in. The floor also had a weird creaking noise. I was very unsatisfied with my stay.

My family and I really loved our stay here at the Hilton Garden Inn. It gave us such a great feeling being there. It was super clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the amenities were a plus. This would be my go to anytime I am in the area.

I love staying here but I always forget my pillow. Pillows a little too soft. My husband uses 2 n so do I. I guess I could’ve asked for 3 more pillows . ?

The property was clean and easy to find from the main highway. We happen to check in on a weekend in which the facility next to the property had a celebration which affected the parking quite a bit.
I enjoyed serenity and safe environment through out the property.

Parking to check in, luggage dolly, small bar , restaurant, was great,. Great location overall, easy access to freeway,. Only time was it cost of deposit, for one day ? $200 thats pricey, otherwise its a fantastic place!
Beautiful hotel, easy to get to, very nice people. Easy online check in and no extra fee for parking! I hate getting nickel and dimed on every little thing!
