“Excellent service!”
It was my son's birthday and staff heard about it, so when we came back to the room they had left a birthday card for my son, popcorn and candy and a movie pass. We were amazed at what they did. We always have a great stay at this hotel and the free breakfast is awesome and very complete :)
“Great, friendly service”
Each and every staff member we met was freindly and cheerful. The room was immaculate. A problem with the toilet developed and the front desk arranged for maintenance on our schedule. When it couldn't be fixed, they offered an upgrade to our room and provided us with a small bucket of candy, soda, and other snacks, as well as a note of apology. The complimentary breakfasts offered variety and were tasty. The room was quiet, even considering the proximatity to the airport. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were very clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and always asked if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice personnel. Great attention to detail with homemade cookies in the evening and a full, very yummy breakfast each day. Nice workout facility and clean jacuzzi. Very much worth the price and we usually stay in B & B's.
“Great for a good night sleep!!”
We arrived late at night and I was worried that we would not get a parking space from information i had read on the web site but we got parking right away and the check in went smooth and were even offered refreshments late at night. The bed was wonderful!! the room was verynice and clean. We had zero complaints and definately would recommend to our friends and family!! :)
“Re: Great Place to Stay in Burbank”
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The extra amenities they have like cookies , coffee and tea for were great. The hotel is located close to the highway but the noise was never an issue. The neighborhood is safe and ended up walking every there morning. There's nearby grocery stores. The buffet breakfast was very good and the menus change everyday. I cannot wait to go back to this hotel on my next visit.
“Great Hotel for Universal Studio trip!!”
Very good hotel. Enjoyed my stay there. I booked it for staying close to Universal Studios. It's about 6-7 miles from Universal Studios. A very clean hotel with courteous staff and awesome breakfast. Room were very clean, WiFi worked well. Overall a very good hotel. I would highly recommend it.
“Wonderful treatment !”
The people at the fron desk were wonderfully helpful. Whatever I needed -usually directions- they would help . They were gracious and very kind when I didn't understand the directions I requested. They did a print out on mapquest and even were aware of quicker ways to get places with less traffic. The breakfast was great and so was the lady that prepared it. If you come in late and must park on the street there was valet parking if necessary. I found on the street parking was fine except it is probably 5 lanes of traffic. Not very busy but cars don't seem to slow down. Thank you for a pleasant comfortable place to stay. I will of course try to stay there next time I am in town. I will also look this chain in other places as well. Thank you Pat P
“I loved the Hampton.”
The room was great and worth every penny. I only regret we couldn't stay longer.
