When we go to visit our daughter, we have always stayed at Glen Capri. The location is terrific for us, the rooms are always clean, and the price is reasonable. A bonus is the refrigerator, that we take advantage of during our long stays. Recently is the new mall just down the street, giving us terrific shopping and great places to eat. We'll keep going back!

Front desk was polite and helpful, room was good size and clean. Bathroom was good with nice shower. Over all room was nice.

“Glen Capri - TV Show Set?”

When I checked in, there were autographed photos from several crime procedural shows. I think this motel might have been used as a set for some murders. Just looks like that kind of place from the outside. Not the greatest neighborhood, but because the motel is U-shaped, the parking lot is enclosed. Limited parking for the number of rooms. Rooms are run-down, could use updating. When I used the shower, there was hair in the tub from a previous occupant - didn't make me feel too good about cleanliness. Had to plug my phone in for charging - moved bedside table & there was some trash & dirt back there. Not so great.

“Not the best hotel I've ever stayed at”

I wish the staff was a little more friendly, the pool was not very big at all. The room was just decent, the neighorhood was nice, in walking distance to the mall, movie theaters and a restaurants. I don't think I would stay at this hotel again.

“Very unpleasant stay”

The location is great, walking distance to the Americana and its nearby many places in Glendale. Besides that, when I first entered the room, it smelled horribly of smoke, when I did not book a smoking room. When I left, all of my belongings wreaked of cigarette/cigar smoke, even after I got home, it was disgusting. Then at night there were some shady people around as well, even a prostitution business happening just a couple doors down, I saw it as I was coming back to my room after being out with friends that night. There were no security/staff walking around to make sure things were ok, I didn't feel very safe.

Room was dirty and nasty. Housekeeping felt they did a good job cleaning.

this place is worst then motel 6 it was so uncomfortable and it smelled I couldn't stand it felt like I couldn't sleep at all less then 5 minutes I left and found a better place 2 miles down the street at best western
