Property Amenities
Situated across from Santa Monica's Palisades Park and overlooking the Pacific Ocean, this entirely nonsmoking hotel offers a seaside location combined with splendid Art Deco style. Established in 1933, the refurbished property features many original architectural elements and period décor. Beach access, the Santa Monica Pier, and Third Street Promenade shops and restaurants are all within two blocks.
Public spaces include an ocean-view veranda, bar, and lounge area with a work station and high-speed Internet access (complimentary for the first 15 minutes). The entire Georgian Hotel offers complimentary wireless Internet access.
Breakfast and lunch are served on the heated veranda. Complimentary wine and hors d' oeuvres are provided in the lobby at Wednesday evening manager's receptions (5 PM–6 PM. Hours subject to change).
Other amenities include a newly renovated fitness center with exclusive Precor Fitness equipment, luggage storage, express check-out, meeting space for up to 40 guests, and event space for up to 90 guests.
This is a smoke-free property and violators may be fined. The hotel also accepts pets for a fee.

The Georgian Hotel offers 84 nonsmoking guestrooms and suites in an eight-story building.
Guestrooms feature new furniture, electronics, accent pieces, and new carpeting. Bathrooms offer tile tub surrounds and curved shower rods for extra elbow room. Beds feature upholstered headboards, white duvets, and accent throws and pillows. Spacious guestrooms offer new carpeting and are decorated with crown molding and soothing earth tones.
All rooms provide desks, minibars, bathrobes, and complimentary wireless Internet access. Some feature partial-ocean or full-ocean views. Ceiling fans, air conditioning, and windows that open offer versatility. Flat-panel TVs have premium cable channels and pay movies. Video games are available. Weekday newspapers are complimentary, and in-room safes are laptop compatible.

Dining
Speakeasy - This 90-seat banquet space is below the lobby level. Wood paneling, red drapes, red booths, white linens. Rented for events only.
The Veranda - Heated veranda overlooking the Los Angeles-area coastline. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Enjoy a newly launched Tapas Menu while sipping cocktails and watching the sunset.
Lobby Bar - In Art Deco lobby with ornamental fireplace, period décor, tables and chairs. Ocean and park views. Full bar. Open evenings daily.
Room service - Dinner room service is available from Ocean Avenue Seafood. A late-night menu is available after Ocean Avenue Seafood closes.

“A step back in time”
A historical gem of a hotel nestled directly across the Pacific Coast Highway from the Santa Monica beach. Clean, comfortable and the service was excellent. Great restaurants, The Santa Monica Pier and loads of shopping are easily within walking distance. Great Patio dining with a view of the ocean. Can't wait to go back!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is fantastic and the atmosphere in and around the hotel was warm and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.
“Art Deco Gem!”
The Georgian Hotel offers wonderul rooms full of character and pleasant decor, and is staffed by some of the friendliest folks I've found. It's easy walking distance (walking distance - in LA!) to the heart of Santa Monica, where the blocks are littered with plenty of good restaurants and the like. Our room was somehow both small and spacious, with relaxing muted colors, good sturdy furniture, and one of the comfiest beds around. The front deck is a great place to people watch and enjoy a drink. All in all, we love the place and are now looking for excuses to go to SoCal.

“Very impressed”
This was for a birthday weekend. The room was outstanding as well as the comfort. Everything about this hotel was superb. Staff was helpful and prompt. We would definitely recommend staying here again. The location could not be any better. We never had to take the car out, every place was within walking distance.

Location is fantastic. The hotel itself is full of distintive charm, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We have stayed there 2 times on pleasure, and wouldn't hesitate to return. Walking to the pier, beach and shopping is very easy.
“The way a hotel should be”
This was one of the most delightful hotels I've ever stayed in. Every person we dealt with was extremely courteous and friendly. It is in a beautiful area right across from the Santa Monica pier. It has wonderful art-deco styling. I felt like I had been transported back to the luxury hotels of the 1930's with the entire staff going out of their way to make our stay pleasant. I highly reccomend it!
“Nice beach front location”
Good hotel on the beachfront. A bit noisy but was that due to the other guests? Good service in a nice clean hotel
“great hotel”
i chose this hotel because i brought my dog marcus with me and they did not disappoint...they were very good to him, and the hotel is just across the Palisades Park, so marcus has a lot of places to walk in...the staff were excellent...i had to extend my stay for 2 more days and they ddin't have any problems with that...i would definitely return to this hotel the next time i visit santa monica...
“Geoergian Hotel”
Georgian Hotel was better than expected. Clean, friendly, modern. My only small gripe, is that this and most hotels have installed HD flat screens. But they have standard def pictures that are stretched to fill the 16 x 9 tv screen and it distorts the picture. The easiest and best solution would be to have HD programming from their cable supplier, even though it would cost a couple bucks. Anyone staying at this hotel, probably has HD at home and is now use to it.
