“Best Four Seasons”

I had stayed in a couple of four seasons hotel in quite a few areas and this is by far the best four seasons hotel ever. the only setback that they don't have was just the kettle but its easily overcome with their staff services. this is hotel is a top notch in my book. i'll definitely wants to come back.

“Great Hotel, Great Service”

Enjoyed the stay: comfortable, great service, terrific concierge staff, lots of celebs, good "central-ish" location for tourists. For a (far away) view of the Hollywood sign and morning sun, ask for a room on the back of the hotel. Possibly negative (though a plus for me): if you're looking for a happening pool scene, stay elsewhere.

“Fantastic Hotel”

We had an amazing tme at the Four Seasons. We upgaded to a deluxe execuive suite and were thrilled with the level of comfort and service. Our only problem came as we were due to check out and our room safe wouldn't open. It contained passports, credit cards etc. We requested help and it took three phone calls before security arrived. They were not that helpful and were not confident that they would be able to open the safe. After several panic stricken minutes they called the engineering dept. Finally they were able to open the safe. If it had not been for this incident I would have given the hotel a maximum rating. Everything else was perfect.

“Great experience”

Very pleased by the service and comfort of the hotel. The car service was a total joy and made shopping and dinner appointments very enjoyable.

“Very nice! not the same Four Seasons Resort feel”

Very nice. Not quite the "Four Seasons" experience we've had in Maui and Costa Rica, but the staff was nice and everything was very polished.

“Lovely experience”

gorgeous! greatg staff. Hated how expensive it was to park our car rental. That will prevent us from ever staying there again and we frequent the LA area.

“Four Seasons..”

Four Seasons... 5***** brand name.services . They even offered Rolls Royce and Mercedes as their house car drive us within the certain Miles. It's not a perfect location but the neigbourhood is calm and rich. Everyone knows about the hotel. Beds are comfort . Bvlgari provided for the bathroom set. Fresh Florists everyday.. You'll feel the VIP treating at 4 seasons..
