“Pleasantly surprised”
First time to LA and unfamiliar with the area - we found this hotel to be extremely convenient to the airport and a first class hotel. Made to order food at the breakfast buffet and friendly staff. Not far from popular attractions - Hollywood and Santa Monica beach - highly recommend.
“Miss You So Much”
Room needed slight upgrades. Overall, bedding was amazing and housekeeping was wonderful. All of our needs were addressed immediately. The lounge was great too. Amazingly hospitable staff!
“Fantastic Deal!”
What I like was the comfortable bed with white sheets and the updated decor & furniture. It felt like home. I got a very good deal for one night stay as well. I would definitely come back the next time I'm in LA. The only drawback was the fitness room. The machines need some updating.
“A great place to stay”
I wasn't too happy about the parking charge per night but the rate through Expedia was such a bargin for a hotel of this quality...that even with the charge.....it was still a good deal. Will definately stay there again on my next trip to CA. Also, it's only minutes from LAX...made getting back to catch our flight home very easy.
“Better Then Expected for a 3 star hotel”
A very nice hotel, pretty convinient in Los Angeles if you want to go everyday to Venice Beach ou Santa Monica. Is also near LAX what is pretty convenient. As for the quality was better then expected for a 3 star hotel, in overall was a good surprise as for the price/quality ratio of the hotel.
“Definitely Going Back”
I really do enjoy staying here. It's conveniently located to Santa Monical Beach and Venice Beach. The atmosphere at the hotel is delightful.
“VERY nice, rooms along freeway can be noisy.”
We stayed for a total of two nights, one booked through Expedia, one not. The room through Expedia was an "executive suite" with many extra perks, (one being a much larger room), but the room was facing the 405 freeway. Even being on the 10th floor, it seemed a bit noisy. I needed to stay an extra night, so called directly to book my room. For %10.00 more, I got the regular room, (which was still VERY nice), but on the opposite side of the hotel, away from the freeway and very quiet. The service was spectacular, very spacious, overall I would have to give it 4.5 stars.
“Great Location to General Area”
Very nice room and location.
“good for a short stay”
I needed to have a short stay in LA between two long flights, and this hotel provided all what I needed. Close to the a/port. Took a while to figure out shuttle bus from the airport: got first to a wrong bus going to another Radisson near LAX - watch this out! Hotel is pleasant, good facilities. Nothing spectacular in the neighbourhood, but a fairly shopping mall with lots of restaurants within 10 min walking distance. Good value for money.
“Layover LAX”
The Radisson LAX is a very nice hotel. The hotel has an excellent shutle service from the airport, and is about ten minutes to and from. The hotel was very clean, and hotel staff was very friendly. The hotel also has a nice little lobby where one could go to have a couple of drinks or get a bite to eat. I stayed at this hotel just to have a nice place to spend the night before I flew out the next day.
