The stay was good. Staff were really nice! Breakfast was surprisingly good! A lot of options. Hot tub bubbles didn’t work but the pool and sauna were nice to use.

The property and area was fine. But the hot water system needs replacement or needs to be fixed. The shower did not produce water at the same temperature consistently. It was most obvious during the morning and evening hours. I had a second stay booked for my return trek, but I'm canceling it.

Best place to stay for the shopping spree !
The ladies at the reception are A-mazing ! Loved their friendliness and helpfulness, right from checking us in to helping us with space for repacking even after we checked out. Best place to stay for the shopping spree before flying out !

I enjoyed dinner at the restaurant the glaze for the chicken is AMAZING!!! That being said, the room was filthy. There was a layer of dust on the bottom shelf in the bathroom that looked like a grey sheet of paper the closet had not been vacuumed EVER it seemed and the first night of our stay we were only provided one wash cloth to shower with. I was extremely disappointed and definitely had higher expectation for a Hilton hotel. I did capture everything I speak of in a short video I took the second night of our stay if you want to view it to improve the quality of the service you provide at your hotels.

Toilet didn't work for 1 1/2 days I asked for a water bottle on my second night and the receptionist gave me attitude about saying i only get it at check in. 1 stated 3 days do to work but will never book for leisure. The kitchen and bar staff amazing personalities... except i order wine to my room and i didnt get it
