“Crowne”

Staff was great. Complimentary beer and wine (2 beverages) was a nice touch. My wife and I don't get to experience "great" hotels so we really can't compare it to anything. Hotel was clean and all the staff were friendly, courteous and professional so I would recommend it and will come back.

Hotel was comfortable, rooms were quite & clean. Had a frig and coffee maker in room. Bath room nicely stocked. Restaurant is good and not expensive. Hotel is located in nice area to take a walk.

“The most comfortable bed in a hotel”

The room was very nice. Loved the bed, loved that you had a choice on pillows. Blankets were soft not the hard stiff kind that you find in a hotel. Room service was great and the personal was very friendly.

“Wonderful experience.”

Rooms are very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel is in very close proximity to Burbank, Hollywood, Rodeo Drive, Bel Aire, etc. It's a great location.

“Great Stay for a Great Price”

I was very satisfied with the comfort of our room. After a long day of shopping it was nice to come to a place that was very comfortable. The walk to Rodeo was just 15 minites and everything was centralized. Our room was always clean and the restraunt had a great assortment in the buffet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will recommend the Crown Plaza.

“Great price and very accommodating for observant Jewish travelers”

We wanted something within walking distance to our son, They were extremely accommodating with putting us on a low floor and having regular keys instead of electronic card keys. Fantastic price as well.

“Happy in Beverly Hills”

I love the location. I was greeted by the friendly doorman. The front desk was very friendly, accomodating and professional. The view from my room was amazing, bed very comfortable. The big flat screen was awesome. My only criticism was the soiled decorative red pillow on one of beds. I enjoyed my stay and will definately return.
