L’hôtel est très bien situé à Burbank. L’accueil est parfait et les chambres très propres.

Not to far from airport but unfortunately not the one I landed in. But pretty close to Disney parks.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Great area, easy to access restaurants and shopping. Close to Burbank Airport.

Great customer service, clean rooms, family friendly. Lots of food options in walking distance. We enjoyed our stay at this location.
Downside, they provide zero shuttle service. Not even to the Burbank airport, which is 10 minutes away. Also, we went there for Universal Studios which 20 minutes away due to traffic and again no shuttle service. Hotel of this caliber should provide at least shuttle service to the airport.
Otherwise it was a great experience. Employees are great!
