“Would stay here anytime”

This hotel was extremely clean and nicely taken care of. Very safe and the rooms were large and comfortable. We traveled with 2 elderly people and 3 children and everyone had their needs met. Excellent breakfast in the morning included as part of our stay. I would stay there again anytime we are in the area.

“Very Impressed”

I was very impressed with the rooms and office staff. The rooms were very clean and the nice touch of breakfast was extremley well done for a hotel of this size. The area was ok but for a couple of nights it was well worth the price, I will stay there again.

At first I was worried about the location of the hotel but I realized it does not get any better in LA. I wish it was a little closer to universal and other fun stuff. Good price for the room.

“A Good Bargain”

This hotel is very new, so it is in very good condition for the brand. It also helps that the staff seems to care. There is free parking under the rooms with video cameras for security. If you have a car this motel is in a good location and a real bargain. Without a car it is a ways from most tourist interests.

My husband and I treated our daughter and grandson to a trip to Universal Studios and Disneyland. I was looking for a place near U.S. that wasn't too expensive and included breakfast since we wouldn't arrive until late and would only stay the night. Though the neighborhood is a little rough, the Inn stood out as very well maintained and our car was safely secured off the street in their garage. In the morning we had breakfast. Very nice selection. Very courteous staff. Nice dining room. In my hurry to head to the park, I left my purse in the dining room. It contained my camera, credit cards, $500, tickets to both parks (worth over $600). I didn't realize it until we were getting ready to leave, about an hour later. My husband rushed to the front desk and the clerk returned the purse....all contents intact! It had been turned in by another guest. I'm so thankful for the honesty of the other guest and the clerk. He could have just told my husband, "Nope. Sorry. No purse was turned in." So in spite of the surroundings, this Inn stands our in my mind as a beacon of excellence and outstanding customer service!

great experiance, clean,quiet , friendly front desk. close to bus stop. if your looking for a clean room to sleep and shower in, i recommend it for the price.

“Highly Recommended”

Took my nephew for an Honor Roll reward trip. Easy access from LAX by impressive train system. $5 each, 45min ride. It began with friendly and accommodating service which allowed check-in 2hrs early, easily upgraded to a beautifully designed, spacious room with fridge. Located less than 15 minutes from Unv Studios by city bus $1.50. Across street from market filled with local Hispanic goodies. Excellent breakfast from healthy hard boiled eggs, bagels, cr cheese, to happy sugar for the kids with waffles, danish, choice of juices and milk varieties. The pool is the smallest I've ever seen, but enough for my nephew to get wet then jump into a hot bath in the room to warm up, cuz it wasn't heated!!! We booked two room for five of us, the rooms were big and air condition were working real good, nice stay close to eatery and supermarket just across the street. Charles the front desk staff was very helpful gave us the direction on how to get to Hollywood walk of fame bu bus and metrolinks red line.

The hotel staff was wonderful. We arrived at the hotel 1 hour before the check-in of 3 pm. At the last motel we stayed at, it was terrible. The clerk was very rude. This time, however, it was a different experience. The staff was terrific and helpful. We asked for directions to the nearby attractions and they helped us. The breakfast was terrific here. The place was so good that we didn't want to leave but all good things must come to and end. Next time we travel, we will look into staying at Comfort Inn!!!
